The new river tour boats waiting to start the Summer season. The cafe and gift shop are still not open yet either. We are just happy to be able to visit the park again and see all the wildlife. We will take what we can get!

We finally found some Burrowing Owls who were quite cooperative. It's hard to get a sense of how small these little guys are from this perspective, but I really liked the setting.

F L Ricketts Falls is the second waterfall, as well as the third-tallest waterfall along the Glen Leigh branch of Kitchen Creek. The falls are a steep cascading type fall which tumbles down a very well defined stair stepping bedrock formation for 38 feet.
