Being on Social Media means you are now having an open, transparent conversation with hundreds, probably thousands of your customers. Some times, it can be taxing, answering all those questions that are already answered in the FAQ section on your website. Some times, the questions are totally unrelated to your product. Only a brand with tons of patience can manage to win over fans and retain loyalty.
