‼️Please read | FAQ‼️ 1⃣Prints: Not yet. As many of you guys know, I’m still recovering and getting back my energy from before my surgeries, so I haven’t really had the time nor energy to research into a good print shop and whatnot. I will though! Thanks for all your inquiries and patience 😊 2⃣Tools I use: I will soon post a picture with what I mostly use (brands, etc), and captions of their name, and I’ll have links up on my tumblr when the time comes. 3⃣Commissions: I’m not taking any commissions at the moment, nor am I planning to sell my original work right now. Perhaps in the future I will create pieces for sale, but that’ll be when my energy is back up again. Thanks guys 😊 4⃣Requests: I only do requests for close friends. Like, we need to know each other for at least 10 years in person :). OR. If we’re in the same fandom and like the same pairings, I may consider those requests. ㊙️5⃣Art tips and tutorials: I have a few on my tumblr and deviantart. You don’t need to have accounts on those sites to browse them, and they should be under the tutorial tag on tumblr, and tutorial folder in my deviantart gallery :). I also have posted a few tips and suggestions here and I’ll be tagging them as #qinnifaq :D. But most of the better ones are on Tumblr and dA (cause insta isn’t suited for tutorial posting). 💬DMs: I do read them, but I don’t have the time to answer everyone. Thank you lots for them though, and all your comments 😊. I try my best to read them all. If you find people reposting my work without crediting me, please DM me so I can file a copyright violation report. Those usually get taken down within a day or two when the copyright owners file them. Thanks again! I hope I got most of the usual questions covered! - Oh, and this is a really old piece of art I’m just posting cause I’ve got nothing today. Too many messages everywhere. I found out the hard way that getting a LOT of attention really stresses me out…like, I gained 40k followers in the last 24 hours on Facebook? 😵. And someone posted my stuff (with credit) and it got front page of imgur and Reddit? 😳😵 hahahaaaaa I was so stressed today @w@. Feeling better now though…my head is accepting it…

You no doubt have a question or two about corporations. You're not alone. Here are answers to many of the questions we're asked every day, followed by a convenient Dictionary of Terms:
What is a Corporation?
A corporation is a legal entity, separate from those who own it, and generally from those who manage it. When one's business corporation is sued, there are provisions in the law to protect owners (shareholders) and officers of that business corporation from personal liability (i.e. loss of one's personal home, car, bank accounts, etc.).
A corporation is created when articles of incorporation (charter or certificate of incorporation in certain states) are filed with the proscribed fees, and accepted by the proper state authority.
What is the structure of a corporation?
Stockholders own a corporation. While stockholders do not directly manage the corporation, they influence corporate decisions through indirect actions such as electing and removing directors, approving or disapproving amendments to the articles of incorporation, and voting on important corporate decisions.
The members of the Board of Directors are responsible for managing the affairs of the corporation. Usually, directors make only major business decisions, however they supervise and appoint officers who make the day-to-day business decisions of the corporation.
Officers are responsible for the everyday management of the corporation. Typically, officers are appointed directly by the Board of Directors. Officers are:
President - responsible for the implementation of the directives and orders of the Board of Directors. The president handles the day-to-day managerial business of the corporation and defers to the Board of Directors on matters of policy.
Secretary - responsible for the maintenance of corporate records.
Treasurer - responsible for the management of corporate bank accounts and funds. The Board of Directors dictates the actual policy.
A stockholder may serve on the Board of Directors and be an officer of the corporation. In fact, in most states, one person is enough to form a corporation, and that person can be the sole officer, director and stockholder. Posted from
