The building is the Port Authority Grain Terminal. This was one of the opening locations in the movie "Across The Universe;" it was also used in the movie "Little Odessa" and an important episode of CBS's "Person of Interest."
Amsterdam, NY. Can't tell you if it still looks this way; Google's Street View capture pre-dates this.
Mill Hill. Trenton, NJ. I dedicated a day to Trenton; I looked at zoning maps, maps of toxic areas, the cemeteries... All in all a rewarding trip.
