The Fairy Pools are a natural waterfall phenomenon in Glen Brittle, on the Allt Coir' a' Mhadaidh river on the Isle of Skye.
Fantastic to see this beautiful little bird. Incredibly confiding, given a bit of space to do it's thing. A privilege to just be able to sit and watch it so closely; and to see it at close quarters take prey that it had caught, across to its larder in an adjacent Hawthorn tree and impale it on a thorn, living up to its nickname 'the butcher bird'.

I was back in Johnstone strait for the fifth summer in a row. I didn't work for Orcalab this time, I was there kayaking for 5 days only. That evening the water was amazingly glassy and the A8 matriline cruised by Kaikash, we were alone with the whales..(This is A66). BC.

I have been trying to figure out if there is any way to ensure that images in a composite will work together. I think that one key is making sure that the colors harmonize. The last image had almost no color and metallic elements. In this case, creating a selective color image of the chameleon helped the other two elements to work better with the Chameleon.

Yes I found out my little friend is a male as he has been turning up every night for his sausages managed a few quick grab shots tonight just after nine he was wary thou as a dog walker was nearby so ran away at first.
