Kaos showing his fangs while he still had them. He’s now toothless because of TR (Tooth resorption) - a quit common problem among cats, a painful condition that has to be diagnosed by x-ray and the treatment is tooth extraction.
He´s now a happy pain free cat again :)

The jagged south face of Flattop Mountain belies its name, with topography far different from its flat summit. The valleys below the mountain were carved by Pleistocene glaciers that receded around 12,000 years ago, with wind and water erosion sharpening the granitic ridges into fanglike projections. The summit ridges of this part of the Continental Divide are remnants the high plateau created by mountain building 70 million years ago, once covered by softer sedimentary rock that has eroded away, but not as impacted by glaciation as the surrounding valleys.

This is one of the dead Dragonflies that I've "autopsied."
They have a mouthful of wicked fangs; they are sharp, and yes, they bite humans! I've been bitten a couple of times while holding a live one to try and rescue it. Didn't pierce my skin, but I damn sure knew I'd been bit!

The mid-late Ming dynasty, 16-17th centuries, was a time of increased garden-making activity in China because of a variety of economic and social factors.
Coin operated binoculars, encrusted in snow, near the summit of Cannon Mountain, New Hampshire. It looked like a face, with a single, pointy tooth... =)
