Back to architectural photos for a few days. This quite fabulous looking building is near the Barbican and is part of a large complex of new buildings named London Wall Place. As you may have guessed the original London wall is just down the street.

"The London Wall was the defensive wall first built by the Romans around Londinium, their strategically important port town on the River Thames in what is now London, England, and subsequently maintained until the 18th century."

A familiar scene! Adding to my album of photos with a Tomioka Auto-Revuenon 55mm f1.2, stopped down.

When I'm bored and feel the Desperate need to take a photo my fist instinct is to take the easiest path and set up the tripod on my back porch. I used my old Canon FD 50mm F1.4 at f11 for the four vertical shots I stitched together for this panorama.
