A capture of the National Gallery in Trafalgar Square with some early installed Christmas market stalls

Another attempt at photographing bubbles in a dish soap bottle. Getting better but it is still a challenge!

Winter came early....too cold....too much snow. Been perched here long enough.

Time to fly away. Curiosity takes me to Cuba..............a small hotel in the heart of

Old Havana. Have a strong sense of stepping into the unknown. Don't know why.

Every new place is unknown. Why should Havana be any different ? Socialism?

image : long-tailed barn swallow...... seen in abundance early mornings hanging out on the boats at the toronto island marina. Seems the females are attracted to the males with the longest most symetrical tails & the reddest throats. This fellow's got it made :)

Buttermere, Derwent, Lake District, England

Merzouga, Sahara Desert, Morocco, 摩洛哥

Had a great few days on this beach, one of the best I have ever visited.

Another installation from the "Are Your Inspired?" work of Nathan Bowen at the side of Oxford St next to the Subway station entrance.

A simple portrait of a candle close up. Playing with this and also the light coming from it gives an interesting and different perspective.

Something that tickled me whilst walking in Westminster was watching this construction. With the sun rising it almost looked like a gigantic ruler that someone was using to measure the shadows with.

One of the Lions protecting the Vajdahunyad castle outside the main gate. The dracula looking castle can be seen from the Heroes square, built in 1896 for the millennium originally in wood and plaster cast, was then rebuilt due to its popularity in stone.
