Yesterday I stepped on a shard of glass and it went deep into my foot. I didn't realise how long it was until I pulled it out, and then I wasn't quite prepared for the amount of blood that followed. To add insult to injury I also bruised my shin quite badly. Then I went for a swim like I was still a world champion from 25 years ago to ensure my body would be sore for at least 3 weeks.

 

But all that aside, mostly I am so deeply sick of working so hard. Physically and mentally.

Puffins have solid bones (unlike other birds) to withstand the pressure when they dive up to 250 feet to catch fish! As a result, they are not the most graceful flyers. I heard them described as flying like you attached wings to a football!
