Execution time, in the moderate exercise zone, I spent 46 minutes and 44 seconds. The remainder of the time (48 minutes) includes my warm-up (about 20 minutes) when I was getting to this zone, and when I was doing weights and strength training - the HR is lower when lifting weights. The remainer of time, about 25 minutes was above the 155 zone, in the high impact cardio - averaging about 165.
