While I was cleaning the kitchen on Saturday I noticed how lovely the light was....and decided to take a little photo break--anything to get out of cleaning for bit! Have a great Tuesday.

Practicing on "just enough" with pumpkin grunge at soft light, masking some of it away from the tree line, and adding evolve2, in multiply. Then added a brush of a flock of geese for interest.

I haven't been around because I've been under the weather, so I'm pretty far behind in posting my springtime shots. And now, instead of starting from, say, a tulip from a month ago, I've decided to share a photo I just took today of a new hanging basket containing geranium 'grazio' flowers. (At least that is the variety shown on the label; I've since been unable to locate it online. ) I added Kim Klassen's evolve2 texture, and used a framing technique she suggested.
