Ogni tanto mi piace sostare davanti a paesaggi apparentemente insignificanti e quasi invisibili, anche in contesti urbani non trascurabili. Sono ovunque, con i loro colori sbiaditi e un’essenza inspiegabile, tutta da interpretare o immaginare. Eppure, basta correggerli con un semplice bianco/nero per fargli acquisire armonia e poesia, piccoli miracoli di una fotografia che sa come raccontare il mondo che ci circonda. Chi ama scrivere con la luce racconta anche ciò che associa ai propri lavori: sensazioni, pensieri, esperienze personali e contenuti sepolti nell’anima così profondamente da non riuscire a confidarli neanche a sé stesso. Può esserci tutto questo in una fotografia? Ne sono convinto, specialmente nelle immagini poco accattivanti. Sono quelle più autentiche, nelle quali l’espressione del proprio personalissimo orizzonte si svincola dall’estetica per entrare nei labirinti più nascosti della propria vita e lì non è difficile incontrare l’infinito.
