Ogni tanto mi piace sostare davanti a paesaggi apparentemente insignificanti e quasi invisibili, anche in contesti urbani non trascurabili. Sono ovunque, con i loro colori sbiaditi e un’essenza inspiegabile, tutta da interpretare o immaginare. Eppure, basta correggerli con un semplice bianco/nero per fargli acquisire armonia e poesia, piccoli miracoli di una fotografia che sa come raccontare il mondo che ci circonda. Chi ama scrivere con la luce racconta anche ciò che associa ai propri lavori: sensazioni, pensieri, esperienze personali e contenuti sepolti nell’anima così profondamente da non riuscire a confidarli neanche a sé stesso. Può esserci tutto questo in una fotografia? Ne sono convinto, specialmente nelle immagini poco accattivanti. Wiesenschaumkraut
Das Wiesenschaumkraut gilt bei den Schamanen als die Blüte uralten Wissens. Es heißt, die Essenz dieser Blüten ermöglicht den Kontakt zu den Ahnen, der eigenen Geschichte und den eigenen Wurzeln.
Für therapeutische Zwecke wird das ganze Kraut verwendet (ohne die Wurzeln). Gesammelt wird das Wiesenschaumkraut zu Beginn der Blütezeit.
Das Wiesenschaumkraut ist übrigens essbar, allerdings kennt man es kaum noch als Nahrungsmittel, z. B. als Beigabe zu einem Salat. Der Geschmack ist etwas kresseartig und scharf. Am stärksten schmecken die untersten Blätter vor der Blüte, später sind sie leicht bitter. Allerdings kann man dann die Knospen und Blüten mitsamt den Samenständen verwenden. Im Wiesenschaumkraut sind Senföle enthalten, das gibt den Geschmack. Und zudem sind sie antibiotisch, regen die Bronchialsekretion an und fördern die Verdauung.
