Enlightening
A morning of light and shadows along Hadrian's Wall.
There was a good bit of colour through the sky to start with, but this was the image I was looking for not long after sunrise. It's the smallest detail that I actually like in this image, the shadow of the tree cast as the sun first appears.
This wee tree should produce more over the autumn and winter months with a couple of other compositions already noted for future trips.
