Who said draft horses wasn't riding horses ?! They are amazing, thanks to their calm and bombproof character but also to their comfort, all the time you ride a draft horse, you'll feel like you're on a sofa. They make good hiking horses because they go everywhere, on any terrain but they also make amazing horses for dressage ! They learn a lot and are very intelligent to memorize what you'll ask them. Join the club of loving draft horses !

An utterly forgotten mid-'70s Ford, the Elite was in the line for only 2 years, as sort of a downmarket Torino, or Mercury Cougar. In '77 this body-style became the Thunderbird. Yeah, nice face under the hood, didn't even notice it until I got home. Night, 3-minutes of full moon, with direct red, snooted blue and reflected purple and blue light from the Protomachines flashlight.

The armor of this high-ranking Sangheili (Elite) is a unique blend of functionality and contemporary fashion. Designed by an Elite armorer who would later create the human Helioskrill suit, some elements were inspired by pre-Covenant Kig-Yar (Jackal) gods to instill fear in the lower classes aboard the Covenant's capital city, High Charity.

I discovered the use of the scorpion as jaws while redesigning my Elite Zealot and Ultra, but the resulting helmet doesn't look like any from the games. This one is non-canon, and I suppose that Iron Man with his arc reactor must have been among those Jackal gods :P
Once again the luminous parts are glow-in-the-dark.
The Needler obviously does not appear in any games in those colors, but it was a ton of fun to get creative with carved shapes of metallic green and copper. Its needles are painted in swirled lavender, pink and purple, since I didn't want to go through the trouble of transparent needles again. I've actually made a similar Needler before, cobalt with weird gold shapes, but it is long traded away to I-don't-know-who. If you are the owner, I'd love to see a picture to remember what it looks like!
