lights in the darkness of night, always act on me as something....magic ! I close eyes and look beyond the obvious, is there something that could perhaps be a short story? What feelings I have just now ? Romanticist , loneliness, desire, joy, admiration ?Τhere is always a feeling , and the photographer inside me strongly wishes to capture the moment ...and the feeling!

A Street-food shop in our neighborhood selling local delicious fried junk foods like Singara, Puri, Pianju, Chola etc. What attracted me to capture this photo was the seller using two kinds of lamps in his mobile shop – an electric lamp and a kerosene lamp, which made an interesting light through the plastic sheet he wrapped around the upper part of the shop to cover and protect his food from dust.

An old and broken streetlight, illuminated in various colors over the course of multiple long exposures.
Once upon a time, a schoolyard hand-bell and an electric lamp met at a party. His conversation tended to be on the light side, while her responses rang with excessive laughter. They were physically attracted to each other but not well matched in disposition. After a brief and disappointing romance, they parted amicably. Happily, both felt enlightened by the experience, and thier hearts resonated with relief and mutual good will.
I have to credit Abhinav my son for positioning the subjects of this photograph.
