Many times, in most Wing Chun mainstream lineage, focusing using offense as defense. In this video, Grand Master Kenneth Lin demonstrated how to achieve maximum efficiency using HKB Combat formula on applying that offense as defense idea.
Note: Within this video, GM Kenneth Lin made a comparison between the common use Wing Chun Bong Sao [膀手] from mainstream Wing Chun and showcase the Black Flag Wing Chun perspective of Bong Jiu / 膀手 [Bong Sao]. Rwanda’s Ministry of Environment, UN Environment through the Ozone Secretariat and United for Efficiency, and the Kigali Cooling Efficiency Program have hosted a group of environmental experts, philanthropists, business leaders, international NGOs and government representatives to mark the adoption of the Amendment and strategies to ensure its long term success. The event took place on 28 January 2019 at the Marriott Hotel, Kigali. The event recognised the work Rwanda has done to meet its obligations under the Kigali Amendment. These efforts, which have been possible thanks to the Kigali Cooling Efficiency Program and UN Environment's United for Efficiency, include conducting a market assessment, developing a national cooling strategy and minimum energy efficiency standards, and creating financial tools to support businesses to invest in efficient cooling.
City’s largest energy efficiency project hits major milestones: More than 20,000 street lights converted to LEDs; monthly savings surpass $100,000.
Commissioner Steve Novick today announced that the Portland Bureau of Transportation had surpassed two major milestones in the city’s largest ever energy efficiency project: More than 20,000 city street lights have been converted to modern LED lights, and savings from the program have now topped $100,000 per month. Those monthly savings will continue to grow as more lights are converted.
The benefits don’t stop there. Commissioner Novick and Transportation Bureau Director Leah Treat also accepted a ceremonial check of $817,490 from Energy Trust of Oregon, which provides incentives and discounted pricing to government, businesses and residents to convert lights to energy-saving LEDs, or light-emitting diodes, a relatively new technology that has quickly taken hold in the energy marketplace. The check represents the incentives for the 20,000 LED streetlights installed to date.

Perfect, they were listed. They passed all the tests. Well, all the important ones, anyway. They did not fear, they did not hate. They were literally tireless. They did not complain, they didn't make traffic, they didn't lie, or try to sleep with their spouse's cousin. They did not feel discomfort, or pain at all. They didn't need to eat much, they didn't need bathroom breaks, they didn't ask for raises, they didn't cheat on taxes, or have any use for money at all. They could stand all day, or wait for weeks on end without losing patience. They didn't create dysfuncitonal relationships with each other, they didn't discriminate, they didn't exclude. They did not have opinions that got in the way of working together as group; there were no power struggles, no backstabbing, no need to prove themselves better than anyone else. They didn't call off because of a death in the family, or a sick aunt, or because of hangovers, or legitimate illness or ails. They did not covet, nor envy, nor steal, nor worship false idols. They just did what they were supposed to do, they did it unquestioningly, and they did it throuroghly. Perfect for the workforce, they called the test subjects. The pinnacle of maximized human efficiency.
I wonder what would happen in Denmark if the Danish mail company Post Danmark were to skip delivery to every single house and demand that people collect their mail in one central location like the photo illustrates. Trouble.
