Fantastic Model Lucy Some Lovely Finished Edits...

Re-editing some older images, trouble is these are Tiff files that were already edited, I cannot find the original RAW files.

Just trying to re-edit or process a few older photos. Taken with the Sigma DP0, a really sharp body/lens combo but a bit prone to noise. Now with the newer denoising software available they clean up nicely.

Danger Keep Out!

A re-edit a photo I took in the summer of 2007 when I climbed up Mount Sugarloaf with my EOS 30D and EF 75-300mm telezoom. The 75-300 is an infamously bad lens with lousy focus, worse sharpness and questionable color transmission. It also produces a lot of CA at most apertures. At the time I was quite unhappy with the shots.

Re-visiting the image almost 18(!) years later, both photo editing software and my skills with such have gotten much better. I first ran this image through Luminar 4, made a bunch of tweaks and applied a lookup table.

1. Green Gummy Bear

2. Color

3. Balance

4. Basic Edit

5. Shallow

6. Night Shot

In the last fight of January 21, 2017, Josh Hernandez, Chicago, IL (5-0, 4 KOs), another newly signed Warriors Boxing fighter, faced Thomas Smith, Dallas, TX (3-3-1 , 2 KOs), in a six round super featherweight bout. Both fighters used their jabs to not allow the other to get in range, causing both to mostly hit air throughout the night. But Hernandez, showing composure beyond his record, was able to control and generally dictate the pace. Smith’s awkward style kept Hernandez on the outside, reducing Hernandez’s ability to throw any power shots. Hernandez won by unanimous decision, but his knockout streak came to and end.

MLS Photography, hand-held single exposure, shot with one speedlight, edited in Lr Classic, all in about a minute. This photograph suggests when the interior has a white monochromatic scheme and is staged it does not take multiple exposures blended in Ps from tripod shots to get a good result. What's difficult with my technique is getting a good result in dimly lit, dark walled interiors which are not staged but decorated by sellers with no interior design credentials. Nevertheless, my technique will still get good images from those environments with a little more editing beyond preset.

editing photos, coming across stuff i figured i'd post :) uh yeah this is rachel.

I got this shot, then was told by some CP dude to get off the property. Oh well....at least I caught a triple set of 90MAC's!
