National Education Association Vice President Becky Pringle participates in a rally in York, Pennsylvania, protesting current efforts by Governor Tom Corbett, to hand over control of all of the city's public schools to one of two out-of-state private management companies. This transition in control would serve as an intermediate step towards eventually converting all of the schools to for-profit charter schools.
