A couple weeks ago, I helped a friend setup/configure his Drupal website. Creating a new role and editing that role did not do what he expected it to do. He expected that the newly created 'edit'-link (see screenshot) would allow him to configure the role's permissions. Instead, Drupal only let him edit the role's name.
I illustrated the complete 'flow' in the screenshot below.

After months of planning, building, and posting patches, there are now enough features in Drupal core to say that it is truly a multilingual system with some powerful language features. That’s right, Drupal 6 will now handle multilingual content out of the box.... Jose Reyero who has been doing all this work has more to say about this on the blog. www.developmentseed.org/blog/drupal6/18n/wanted_testers
"My lightsaber is more multilingual than yours!"

The black stuff around the icon is due to Flickrs bad handling of transparent PNGs.
Update: Flickr could actually use imagemagick. I get the same filesize and very similair quality by using the -strip option with imagemagick
This is the original photo, resized by flickr (and they don't use ImageMagick anymore, hence the small filesize 35kB).
