Tardis and K-9 provided by the Krewe du Who, a sub-group of the Intergalactic Krewe of Chewbacchus, a small nerd-centric Mardi Gras group.
Well, everyone else seemed to be making a Tardis last year, so I thought I'd join in.
Not as elaborate as some I've seen, but I'm quite fond of it
I like how I was able to make the eyestalk and arms move up and down in addition to the rotating head.
The Dead Planet diorama - corridors. The Dead Planet Daleks are real short arses compared to all the other Daleks, hence the Doctor looking quite tall compared to them.
Some closeup details of the centre console. You can really see how cobbled together it is from common and garden parts.
You know that film Conspiracy Theory? In it, Mel Gibson plays this bloke who feels compelled to buy a copy of Catcher In The Rye whenever he sees one. I feel the same about TARDISes (what is the plural of TARDIS any way?), there's something so very comforting and familiar about them for some reason. It has changed a little over the years, tiny little cosmetic things, but enough for us geeks to notice and of course buy multiple versions of the toys...
