I think it might be an old gas station and these are his and hers bathrooms. If it was a gas station, it had been repurposed a long time ago and was some kind of store. It is currently empty and abandoned. HWW

Gammelstad Church Town (Swedish: Gammelstads kyrkstad) is a UNESCO World Heritage Site situated in Gammelstaden near the city of Luleå, Sweden, at the northern end of the Gulf of Bothnia. It is the best preserved example of a type of town that was once widespread throughout northern Scandinavia. As Church Village of Gammelstad, Luleå, it was listed as a World Heritage Site in 1996.

This Bennington-style porcelain door knob was shot at a building in Brattleboro, Vermont.
The Bennington pottery first produced richly swirled clay knobs in the mid 1800s. Paired with small rosettes or back plates, they make a stately, yet understated period style door set. The durable glazed knobs were firmly fastened to a solid iron shank in antique iron finish.

An old friend's suggested we had to have dinner in Café des Fédérations, which is one of the best bouchons in Lyon. A bouchon is the Lyonnaise version of the classic French bistro.
And we had indeed a wonderful meal and a great time. So whenever you are in Lyon, give it a try.
It was also a big surprise to visit the toilet ;-o
