2000 Honda Accord EX, 3.0 liter, 24 valve, V6, VTEC engine. it's a quick lil thing :)

11 years old and only 49,000 miles, runs like a dream.

in the background is the poor old Rover, finally about to go off to the great junkyard in the sky....its being donated to the North Shore Animal League.

this will be my first winter without 4-wheel drive, and I'm a bit terrified, but at least I have a vehicle that starts every time, doesn't constantly break down, and doesn't use 20 gallons just to start the engine.

I'll miss it though, it served me well. RIP Rover <3

Robert works construction. In 1982, Robert was wrongfully convicted of three crimes he didn't commit. He served 23 and a half years of a life + sentence before DNA testing proved his innocence and exonerated him.

Robert was freed because of the efforts of the Innocence Project, and this week, they successfully lobbied on his behalf so he could receive compensation from the state, a step toward healing the mistakes of the past and securing Robert a more comfortable future. Robert says he isn't quitting his day job. He's been doing construction for 10 months, "almost a year!" and said that when he was in prison, he didn't live, he "existed", because he knew his life was out here, on the other side, waiting for him.
