KCS Fort Smith Dodger led by an EMD GP 38-2 locomotive pops out of a truss bridge over the Poteau River at Poteau, OK on its way back to its yard at Heavner, OK.
On a dull and dreary day, KCS Fort Smith Dodger led by an EMD GP 38-2 crosses the Wooden trestle over Poteau River at Poteau, OK on its way back to its yard at Heavner, OK.
Tricker than I anticipated taking this shot avoiding the many vehicles driving by (and honking) in the middle of the day... Makes sense why they called their team the Brooklyn Dodgers!

KCS' Fort Smith Dodger crosses a trestle south of Rock Island, Okla. on Sept. 17, 2018. Credit for this shot goes to Uncle Wak, who provided all the information so I could GTS! Thanks!
The KCS Fort Smith Dodger is heading back to Heavener, OK. The train is seen here near Rock Island, OK. This was my first Drone shot of the trip, after looking for, and finding my lost drone in a tree, a few hours before this. After an hour or so searching, and then throwing water bottles about 30 feet in the air, I finally hit the drone and made the catch before it hit the ground. I missed all the shots of the NB trip to Fort Smith, But was able to get the SB chase, and the drone was ok!
A trio of 4-axle EMD units lead a KCS local train - the "Watts Dodger" - around a curve just south of Siloam Springs, AR on October 25, 2021 as it heads back to Watts for the evening.
Dodger stadium, Los Angeles
This was a hard composition to do because I wanted to see the stadium and downtown in the same time. At night it actually looked way nicer because of the city lights! Do you like to take night photos?
The DTLA skyline with Dodgers Stadium at sunset. Full pano from 11 vertical images. The clouds have a soft milky consistency as the evening light adds a glow to the atmosphere. This is a great vantage point, which I discovered many years ago, that is often seen in television commercials. There are many corners of Los Angeles that provide these extraordinary views.
** Thank you all for the comments and faves!! **
Found in Missouri along with several other fine vehicles you will see over next few weeks.
This blue bus was recently used in the recent movie "42" the story about Brooks Robinson.
The owner of it and the other vehicles lives about 100 miles away in Kansas City and rents these out to movies.
I came across taxis, police cars, classics and others so you will probably find an interesting one each week.
I guess this Monday for HBM - its Happy Bus Monday!
Dodger Stadium is a stadium in Los Angeles. Located adjacent to Downtown Los Angeles, Dodger Stadium has been the home ballpark of Major League Baseball's Los Angeles Dodgers team since 1962. Dodger Stadium was constructed from 1959 to 1962 at a cost of $23 million paid for through private financing.
Dodger Stadium is currently the third oldest ballpark in Major League Baseball (behind Fenway Park in Boston and Wrigley Field in Chicago,) and is the largest ballpark by seating capacity.

L to R: King of Konvenience aka The Max, my pops, and me
My mother has been out of town since Thursday and will not be returning until this Thursday. So needless to say we did have our mother with us to celebrate the special day. Since Tuesday had been our dad's birthday we decided it would be awesome to take him to a Dodger game. It was my dad, my brother, my aunt, me, and Omar at the game on Sunday afternoon along with about 40+ thousand other people. We had some great seats ( Field Level Row A Seats 1-5) in home run territory only a few seats away from the foul pole. It was a great afternoon and great game...Dodgers beat the Reds 10-5.
Earlier this week I had the pleasure of photographing the Arizona Diamondbacks at the Los Angeles Dodgers for three games. This was the Monday night game with Clayton Kershaw on the mound for the Dodgers. I was shooting for the Hobbs News-Sun out of Hobbs, NM. I had a couple of photos in the newspaper from the day game on Tuesday, as the evening games start time is already at the deadline for the morning edition the next day. I do provide them with photos of the evening games for the archives.

Dodger Stadium, Elysian Park. Los Angeles, CA. We'll have to wait until April to see it full again. It'd be nice to get another shot like this when there's a game going on. I wonder if that's possible...
Photo taken at the Los Angelos Dodgers / Miami Marlins game at Dodger Stadium. At bat is Starlin Castro of the Miami Marlins, facing Ferguson of the Dodgers (I believe) in the 9th inning. The Dodgers ended up winning the game 9-0.
It's time for Dodger baseball - opening day 04/04/2016
God bless Vin Scully, one more year to hear the golden voice

Bagel with blue cream cheese / Dodgers didn't win the series (Houston Astros did) ..no matter, I love Texas, too !
Elysian Park
Someone mentioned that this was a pretty important Dodger game. I was just worried about being in this park after nightfall.
