Week Twenty Three:

When someone asks you if you want an old gas mask you say yes!

There really isn't a sensible reason to refuse for you never know when you might need one. Oh you know the sorts of situations that could arise. Yes you know the ones I'm meaning. Starts with A, ends in pocalypse. Come on you know you're just dying to see how you'd fare should you be faced with one. Um...dying might be the wrong choice of words there. Let's go with enthusiastically looking forward to the occasion.

I, however, know exactly how the situation would go. With great big huge beasties leaping out and the fight or flight instinct battling with each other as to whether or not the day shall be saved or fled and then chomp. Chomp chomp bitetity chomp. See you have to be quick of mind and flight of foot and not be wondering what that is running down you leg.

But of course the really real reaction to such an event would be one of sitting in the corner, rocking back and forth, and wondering at what point are the bikers in bottomless chaps going to turn up. They look friendly with all their feathers and crossbows but their table manners are atrocious. And not once did they offer to do the dishes, I'd have refused but it's still nice to get the offer.

Oh and extra points if you got the Doctor Who reference.

It's finally here. It's not just here but it's sitting on my head doing whateve it is it's supposed to do and that is look cool. Though that could be quite difficult with something that's made out of wool.

Would it be the height of irony to shear a sheep and then dress it in a wooly jumper to make it a sheep in sheep's clothing?

With thoughts like that popping up I think this could be the new thinking cap. I'm off to give it a whirl with some thoughting.
