The house on this island has always left me wondering: What would it really be like to live there?
It's located near the town of Cohasset, MA. I'm not sure why it's named "Doctor's Island" - Sure there's an interesting story.

The 'four doctors' were theologians who established early Christian doctrines.
At left is St Augustine, Bishop of Hippo in Africa (395-430AD). He is flourishing a pen. The right hand panel portrays one of the donors.
A pair of tree doctors sees to the needs of a rare kind of sakura that's been in front of this family home for generations. Both doctors here are women.

[NL] Twee foto’s terug miepte ik nog dat RailExperts maar moeilijk op de foto kwam, afgelopen maandag lukte het ineens 2 keer. Zoals reeds bekend heeft RailExperts 6 locomotieven uit de serie 1600 van DB Cargo overgenomen. Locomotief 1611 was ook onderdeel van de deal. Na de overname stond de loc een tijdje werkloos in Amersfoort, maar ‘verdween’ begin dit jaar ineens. De locomotief werd in Roosendaal opgeknapt en kwam in mei weer op de baan. Naast het nodige onderhoud heeft de locomotief ook een gedaanteverwisseling ondergaan, want op de dag dat de locomotief weer in dienst kwam werd bekend dat RailAdventure een meerderheidsbelang had genomen in RailExperts. De locomotief verscheen dan ook in de RailAdventure kleuren weer op de baan. Daarmee lijkt het erop dat bij overbrengingen in Nederland deze locomotief als vaste trekkracht zal gaan dienen.
Op zaterdag 24 juli vertrok deze locomotief vanuit standplaats Amersfoort naar Bad Bentheim. Er werden een aantal koppel-/remwagens opgehaald voor een transport, dat op 26 juli plaatsvond. Vanuit Haarlem werd een halve VIRM overgebracht naar Wenen, waar de vernieuwde wagens aan de klimaatkamer onderworpen zullen worden. Het gaat hierbij om de VIRMm rijtuigen ABv3/4 380 8106 en mBvk2 290 8674 van stam 9506. De kortste route van Haarlem naar Bad Bentheim was versperd, en dat zorgde ervoor dat dit transport via Ede zou verlopen. Omdat het station Ede-Wageningen binnenkort dan eindelijk eens op de schop gaat, wilde ik dit als motief gebruiken. Helaas is een deel van de Doctor Hartogsweg waar je makkelijk over het hek kan leunen tot bouwterrein verklaard, dus moest er iets geïmproviseerd worden (niet iedereen heeft toegang tot de losweg). Dat lukte met pijn en moeite, maar met m’n lange armen en live-view op m’n camera lukte het om over het hek heen te komen. Zo kon tegen half drie ’s middags de RailAdventure/RailExperts 1611/9903 met dit bijzondere transport als trein 13405 worden vastgelegd. De sporen voor de trein werden in betere tijden nog gebruikt, maar zijn allen inmiddels buiten dienst.
[EN] RailAdventure 9903 (owned by subsidiary RailExperts) passes Ede-Wageningen station with 2 VIRM bi-level coaches. These coaches were recently completely renewed and are now heading towards Vienna. In Vienna, the coaches will be tested under different weather circumstances in the Climate Wind Tunnel.
[DE] Im Mai 2021 erwarb RailAdventure eine Mehrheit an Railexperts. Um dass zu symbolisieren, trägt Lokomotive 9903 (ehemalige NS 1611) das RailAdventure Farbkleid. Am 26. Juli war das Prunkstück mit eine Überführungsfahrt unterwegs. Zwei Teilen einer überarbeitete VIRM Triebzug werden nach Wien überführt, um dort im Klima-Wind-Kanal geprüft zu worden. Beim Bahnhof Ede-Wageningen entstand ein Bild dieser Überführungsfahrt nach Bad Bentheim und Wien.

The yellow Sinkansen is called "Doctor Yellow" and is the vehicle which checks an overhead power line of the Shinkansen and a rail conditions.
It isn't indicated on a timetable by irregular movement.
Somehow this photo turned out a little different than what I had in mind when I started the processing. It´s a small step out of line, but I can´t help but like the result and I hope you guys feel the same way.
My doctor said I should stay at home for the rest of the week, so I will finally find the time to check on your streams and discover your latest work.

With no voice due to a cold, the doctor said take the day to rest your voice and get better. Well, he also said to get fresh air...so when Q148 was reported with CREX 1505 leading, I figured why not go out for a bit!
It's just after 10am, but the heat and humidity are already at tropical levels. My shirt was soaked in sweat, but considering the "Doc" is set to retire for good in a few months, I'll bear it. Thank God for Uniqlo dry-fit shirts!
This month's inspection of the Tokaido and Sanyo Shinkansen kicks off earlier than usual as Doctor Yellow departs Tokyo Station. The train is operating the Kodama pathing, meaning it will stop at every single station on the way to Hakata.

My sister works in the Baby Hip Clinic and one of the Doctors there is retiring, so she asked if I could make them a cake to give to him. On the cake is some ring splints to keep the babies hips in place and on the cake board is a tape measure… as he is always borrowing everyone else’s as he can never find his own.
Apparently the Doctors are no longer allowed to wear long sleeves or ties anymore due to infection risks… (Well BAM went my idea of a Doctor in his little white coat and smart tie)… so this is the way they dress now, in short sleeve shirts.

Got the new POTC cannibal escape set and thought the cannibals' heads were great for a voodoo witch doctor.
Gracias a la ayuda de Felipe Anaya dimos con un nuevo sitio de pajareo, en las estribaciones del Parque Nacional Natural Farallones de Cali, camino a Pico de Águila. Caminé más de lo que mi edad y mis piernas post cuarentena lo permiten, algún barranco que asustaría al doctor Sardi hube de superar, pero valió la pena para ver un lek de esta belleza de pajarito. Definitivamente los manaquines son unas de mis aves favoritas. Son pequeños y saltarines, difíciles de pillar pero bellos en extremo
