Islamic Relief Yemen is distributing food packs as part of the Ramadan Food Distribution project to 11,576 families in 8 governments, and 21 locations across Yemen.
The project aims to assist the orphans' families and families most affected in Yemen.
This project aims to help reduce the suffering of the orphans' families and those most in need of assistance in Yemen (most affected by the conflict).
The main items of the voucher with a fixed amount include the following:
- Wheat - Flour Mixed not more than 50 kg.
- Rice not more than 20 kg.
- Vegetable oil not more than 5 liters.
- salt not more than 1 kg.
- Custard no more than 2 cans.
- Pasta not more than 5 kg.
- Dates not exceeding 5 kg.
- tomato sauce no more than 2 kg.
- Crushed wheat not more than 5 kg.
- Red beans not more than 1 carton.
- Yogurt no more than 10 cans.
- No more than 90 eggs.
- No more than 10 cans of tuna.
and the main items of the food basket include the following:

Rice 10KgÂ
Soup 5Kg
Flour 50Kg
Dates 2.7Kg
Sauce 0.9kg
 Sugar 5Kg
 Pasta 2.4Kg
 Salt 0.5Kg
 Beans 12 Canned

As usual we have distributed blankets to 300 old under privileged people during winter season in India. Many of these old people become victim of life during such climate as there is no heating system and hence Saisruti distribute Blankets/Sweaters every year to comfort them.
