Wikileaks vs the Pentagon: Phony Fingerpointing
Tom Engelhardt:: Who Really Has Blood On Their Hands?
"Consider the following statement offered by Admiral Mike Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, at a news conference last week. He was discussing Julian Assange, the founder of Wikileaks as well as the person who has taken responsibility for the vast, still ongoing Afghan War document dump at that site. "Mr. Assange,” Mullen commented, “can say whatever he likes about the greater good he thinks he and his source are doing, but the truth is they might already have on their hands the blood of some young soldier or that of an Afghan family.”
Now, if you were the proverbial fair-minded visitor from Mars (who in school civics texts of my childhood always seemed to land on Main Street, U.S.A., to survey the wonders of our American system), you might be a bit taken aback by Mullen’s statement. After all, one of the revelations in the trove of leaked documents Assange put online had to do with how much blood from innocent Afghan civilians was already on American hands.
The British Guardian was one of three publications given early access to the leaked archive, and it began its main article this way: “A huge cache of secret U.S. military files today provides a devastating portrait of the failing war in Afghanistan, revealing how coalition forces have killed hundreds of civilians in unreported incidents. They range from the shootings of individual innocents to the often massive loss of life from air strikes...” Or as the paper added in a piece headlined “Secret CIA paramilitaries’ role in civilian deaths”: “Behind the military jargon, the war logs are littered with accounts of civilian tragedies.
The 144 entries in the logs recording some of these so-called ‘blue on white’ events, cover a wide spectrum of day-by-day assaults on Afghans, with hundreds of casualties.” Or as it also reported, when exploring documents related to Task Force 373, an “undisclosed ‘black’ unit” of U.S. special operations forces focused on assassinating Taliban and al-Qaeda “senior officials”: “The logs reveal that TF 373 has also killed civilian men, women, and children and even Afghan police officers who have strayed into its path.”
Admittedly, the events recorded in the Wikileaks archive took place between 2004 and the end of 2009, and so don’t cover the last six months of the Obama administration’s across-the-board surge in Afghanistan. Then again, Admiral Mullen became chairman of the Joint Chiefs in October 2007, and so has been at the helm of the American war machine for more than two of the years in question.
He was, for example, chairman in July 2008, when an American plane or planes took out an Afghan bridal party -- 70 to 90 strong and made up mostly of women -- on a road near the Pakistani border. They were "escorting the bride to meet her groom as local tradition dictates." The bride, whose name we don’t know, died, as did at least 27 other members of the party, including children. Mullen was similarly chairman in August 2008 when a memorial service for a tribal leader in the village of Azizabad in Afghanistan’s Herat Province was hit by repeated U.S. air strikes that killed at least 90 civilians, including perhaps 15 women and up to 60 children. Among the dead were 76 members of one extended family, headed by Reza Khan, a "wealthy businessman with construction and security contracts with the nearby American base at Shindand airport."
Mullen was still chairman in April 2009 when members of the family of Awal Khan, an Afghan army artillery commander on duty elsewhere, were killed in a U.S.-led raid in Khost province in eastern Afghanistan. Among them were his "schoolteacher wife, a 17-year-old daughter named Nadia, a 15-year-old son, Aimal, and his brother, employed by a government department.” Another daughter was wounded and the pregnant wife of Khan's cousin was shot five times in the abdomen.
Mullen remained chairman when, in November 2009, two relatives of Majidullah Qarar, the spokesman for the Minister of Agriculture, were shot down in cold blood in Ghazni City in a Special Operations night raid; as he was -- and here we move beyond the Wikileaks time frame -- when, in February 2010, U.S. Special Forces troops in helicopters struck a convoy of mini-buses, killing up to 27 civilians, including women and children; as he also was when, in that same month, in a special operations night raid, two pregnant women and a teenage girl, as well as a police officer and his brother, were shot to death in their home in a village near Gardez, the capital of Paktia province. After which, the soldiers reportedly dug the bullets out of the bodies, washed the wounds with alcohol, and tried to cover the incident up. He was no less chairman late last month when residents of a small town in Helmand province in southern Afghanistan claimed that a NATO missile attack had killed 52 civilians, an incident that, like just about every other one mentioned above and so many more, was initially denied by U.S. and NATO spokespeople and is now being “investigated.” "

"What is interesting is who is responsible for the killings.
Of the 1,325 civilian deaths recorded by the Afghan human rights group, 23 per cent were attributed to Nato or Afghan government forces. The Taliban and their allies were responsible for 68 per cent of the deaths.
The UN study claimed the civilian death toll was slightly lower at 1,271 with anti-government forces blamed for 76 per cent of the casualties.
Chronicling precise figures is extremely difficult because most parts of the country are inaccessible.
Crucially, both studies suggested that the proportion of deaths attributed to Nato and Afghan government forces were down compared to last year because of fewer air strikes.
This is important because clumsy air strikes on innocent villages and unfair raids on their houses has been driving a lot of Afghans to pick up arms on behalf of insurgents."

I am skeptical about agendas.. It can be confusing, this is why for better or worse one must have THE FACTS - it would have been better if we had them from the START.
Without facts no one cares what we do- or who we kill, because we simply don't have ANY concept of how a decade long war is going..

• The Taliban should withdraw all orders and statements calling for the killing of civilians; and, the Taliban and other AGEs should end the use of IEDs and suicide attacks, comply with international humanitarian law, cease acts of intimidation and killing including assassination, execution and abduction, fully respect citizens’ freedom of movement and stop using civilians as human shields.
• International military forces should make more transparent their investigation and reporting on civilian casualties including on accountability; maintain and strengthen directives restricting aerial attacks and the use of night raids; coordinate investigation and reporting of civilian casualties with the Afghan Government to improve protection and accountability; improve compensation processes; and, improve transparency around any harm to civilians caused by Special Forces operations.
• The Afghan Government should create a public body to lead its response to major civilian casualty incidents and its interaction with international military forces and other key actors, ensure investigations include forensic components, ensure transparent and timely compensation to victims; and, improve accountability including discipline or prosecution for any Afghan National Security Forces personnel who unlawfully cause death or injury to civilians or otherwise violate the rights of Afghan citizens."

"Afghan War Diary
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Afghan War Diary (also called The War Logs) is a collection of internal U.S. military logs of the War in Afghanistan published by Wikileaks on 25 July 2010.
The logs consist of 91,731 documents, covering the period between January 2004 and December 2009. Most of the documents were classified as "secret", which The New York Times called "a relatively low level of classification".
As of 28 July 2010, only 75,000 of the documents have been released to the public, a move which Wikileaks says is "part of a harm minimization process demanded by [the] source". Prior to releasing the initial 75,000 documents, Wikileaks made the logs available to The Guardian, The New York Times and Der Spiegel in its German and English on-line edition which published reports per previous agreement on that same day, July 25, 2010."
&
"In June 2010, Guardian journalist Nick Davies and WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange established that the US army had built a huge database with six years of sensitive military intelligence material, to which many thousands of US soldiers had access and some of them had been able to download copies, and WikiLeaks had one copy which it proposed to publish online, via a series of uncensorable global servers.
Wikileaks describes itself as "a multi-jurisdictional public service designed to protect whistleblowers, journalists and activists who have sensitive materials to communicate to the public."
In an interview with the U.K.'s Channel 4, Wikileaks founder Julian Assange said that "we have a stated commitment to a particular kind of process and objective, and that commitment is to get censored material out and never to take it down." He contrasted the group with other media outlets by saying that "other journalists try to verify sources. We don't do that, we verify documents. We don't care where it came from." He denied that the group has an inherent bias against the Afghanistan War, saying that "We don't have a view about whether the war should continue or stop – we do have a view that it should be prosecuted as humanely as possible." However, he also said that he believes the leaked information will turn world public opinion to think more negatively of the war."

"The leak of tens of thousands of Afghanistan war-related documents tells us more than the sum total of many official communiqués about the war. On balance, more disclosure is a good thing, but the leaking of raw military intelligence is a special case that requires a careful, rather than a cavalier, approach.
There is not enough information about the war, and much official information is misleading. In Canada, the federal government's quarterly reports contain a few updates based on its goals in Kandahar, but little else that informs. The government has already shown itself to be an unreliable source on issues relating to Afghan detainees.
The situation is now too dangerous for the most trustworthy chroniclers – journalists, UN personnel – to go outside NATO-protected areas.
So reliable, independent information is lacking. The circumstances in this war make such information even more necessary."

"Instead, many eyes will now pore over this data from many different directions, looking for patterns and attempting to eliminate the noise, disinformation and fog of war.
Many will look to it to criticise and condemn the US presence in Afghanistan, but if those on the other side – those who support such military incursions – have any sense, they too will use it to understand better the war in which they find themselves and adapt their counsel to fit more accurately the facts on the ground.
That’s the benefit, usually, of an open society. We get to triangulate on the truth by gathering facts in the public space, then providing them to all sides to chew over. We use this against our own illusions and those of more closed societies who can only view the world through one narrow perspective.": www.irishtimes.com/newspaper/finance/2010/0730/1224275801...

"The first phase was chilling, in part because the banter of the soldiers was so far beyond the boundaries of civilian discourse. “Just fuckin’, once you get on ’em, just open ’em up,” one of them said. The crew members of the Apache came upon about a dozen men ambling down a street, a block or so from American troops, and reported that five or six of the men were armed with AK-47s; as the Apache maneuvered into position to fire at them, the crew saw one of the Reuters journalists, who were mixed in among the other men, and mistook a long-lensed camera for an RPG. The Apaches fired on the men for twenty-five seconds, killing nearly all of them instantly."

"This is duplicitous only if you close your eyes to the Pakistani reality, which the Americans never did. There was ample evidence, as the WikiLeaks show, of covert ISI ties to the Taliban. The Americans knew they couldn't break those ties. They settled for what support Pakistan could give them while constantly pressing them harder and harder until genuine fears in Washington emerged that Pakistan could destabilize altogether. Since a stable Pakistan is more important to the United States than a victory in Afghanistan—which it wasn't going to get anyway—the United States released pressure and increased aid. If Pakistan collapsed, then India would be the sole regional power, not something the United States wants."

"It is possible that the publication of documents that provide actual evidence — rather than rumors — of the role of ISI personnel in Taliban planning, logistics, and strategy will give the West greater leverage in dealing with Islamabad and might force Pakistan’s political elite to confront the reality of the ISI’s secret activities. "One surprising consequence of the war in Iraq is the surrender of postmodernism to a victorious modernism. This has been largely overlooked in North America.
In reaction to the U.S. intervention in Iraq, Jacques Derrida, a famous postmodernist, signed on as co-author of an article drafted by the German philosopher Jürgen Habermas, previously an opponent of his, in an unmistakable endorsement of modernist Enlightenment principles. Derrida, the apostle of deconstructionism, is now advocating some decidedly constructive and Eurocentric activism.
The article appeared simultaneously in two newspapers on May 31, in German in Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung as "After the War: The Rebirth of Europe," and in French in Libération, less triumphantly, as "A Plea for a Common Foreign Policy: The demonstrations of Feb. 15 against the war in Iraq designed a new European public space."
Other famous intellectuals joined in with supportive newspaper articles of their own: Umberto Eco (of The Name of the Rose) and Gianni Vattimo in Italy and an American philosopher, Richard Rorty. This provoked much discussion in Europe, but only a few comments so far in North America, the Boston Globe and the Village Voice being rare exceptions.
This week in Montreal, there was an anti-globalization riot in which windows were broken in protest against a World Trade Organization (WTO) meeting. But the Habermas-Derrida declaration praises the WTO and even the International Monetary Fund as part of Weltinnenpolitik: maddeningly hard to translate, but something like "global domestic policy" or "external internal policy."
Yet it is not much of a stretch to claim the young anti-globalists as disciples of postmodernism and Derrida, who has hitherto been a foe of "logocentrism" (putting reason at the centre), "phallologocentrism" (reason is an erect male organ and, as such, damnably central) and Eurocentrism (the old, old West is the homeland of all of the above).
Derrida added a note to the article, observing most people would recognize Habermas's style and thinking in the piece, and that he hadn't had time to write a separate piece. But notwithstanding his "past confrontations" with Habermas (Derrida had objected to being called a "Judaistic mystic," for one thing), he agreed with the article he had signed, which calls for new European responsibilities "beyond all Eurocentrism" and the strengthening of international law and international institutions."
More: www.16beavergroup.org/mtarchive/archives/000361.php
"In early 2003, both Habermas and Derrida were very active in opposing the coming Iraq War, and called for in a manifesto that later became the book Old Europe, New Europe, Core Europe for a tighter union of the states of the European Union in order to provide a power capable of opposing American foreign policy. Derrida wrote a foreword expressing his unqualified subscription to Habermas's declaration of February 2003, "February 15, or, What Binds Europeans Together: Plea for a Common Foreign Policy, Beginning in Core Europe,” in Old Europe, New Europe, Core Europe which was a reaction to the Bush administration demands upon European nations for support for the coming Iraq War[25]. Habermas has offered further context for this declaration in an interview."

Habermas: ”The asymmetry between the concentrated destructive power of the electronically controlled clusters of elegant and versatile missiles in the air and the archaic ferocity of the swarms of bearded warriors outfitted with Kalashnikovs on the ground remains a morally obscene sight
I consider Bush' s decision to call for a "war against terrorism" a serious mistake, both normatively and pragmatically. Normatively, he is elevating these criminals to the status of war enemies; and pragmatically, one cannot lead a war against a "network" if the term "war" is to retain any definite meaning.”
Derrida: “To say it all too quickly and in passing, to amplify and clarify just a bit what I said earlier about an absolute threat whose origin is anonymous and not related to any state, such "terrorist" attacks already no longer need planes, bombs, or kamikazes: it is enough to infiltrate a strategically important computer system and introduce a virus or some other disruptive element to paralyze the economic, military, and political resources of an entire country or continent. And this can be attempted from just about anywhere on earth, at very little expense and with minimal means. The relationship between earth, terra territory, and terror has changed, and it is necessary to know that this is because of knowledge, that is, because of technoscience.
It is technoscience that blurs the distinction between war and terrorism. In this regard, when compared to the possibilities for destruction and chaotic disorder that are in reserve, for the future, in the computerized networks of the world, "September 11" is still part of the archaic theater of violence aimed at striking the imagination. One will be able to do even worse tomorrow, invisibly, in silence, more quickly and without any bloodshed, by attacking the computer and informational networks on which the entire life (social, economic, military, and so on) of a "great nation," of the greatest power on earth, depends.”

Lou Reed The Blue Mask
Lyrics:
They tied his arms behind
his back to teach him how to
swim They put
blood in his coffee and milk
in his gin They stood over the
soldier in
the midst of the squalor
There was war in his body and
it caused his
brain to holler
Make the sacrifice
mutilate my face
If you need someone to kill
I'm a man without a will
Wash the razor in the rain
Let me luxuriate in pain
Please don't set me free
Death means a lot to me
The pain was lean and it made
him scream he knew he was alive
They put a
pin through the nipples on his chest
He thought he was a saint
I've made love to my mother,
killed my father and my brother
What am I
to do
When a sin goes too far, it's
like a runaway car It cannot
be controlled
Spit upon his face and scream
There's no Oedipus today
This is no play you're thinking you
are in What will you say
Take the blue mask down from my face and
look me in the eye I get a
thrill from punishment
I've always been that way
I loathe and despise repentance
You are permanently stained
Your weakness buys indifference
and indiscretion in the streets
Dirty's what you are and clean is what
you're not You deserve to be
soundly beat
Make the sacrifice
Take it all the way
There's no won't high enough
To stop this desperate day
Don't take death away
Cut the finger at the joint
Cut the stallion at his mount
And stuff it in his mouth

"He who joyfully marches to music rank and file, has already earned my contempt. He has been given a large brain by mistake, since for him the spinal cord would surely suffice. This disgrace to civilization should be done away with at once. Heroism at command, how violently I hate all this, how despicable and ignoble war is; I would rather be torn to shreds than be a part of so base an action. It is my conviction that killing under the cloak of war is nothing but an act of murder. "

The Day They Tried To Hang Democracy by Daniel Arrhakis (2021)
Memorial Day is observed on the last Monday of May and commemorates all men and women who have died in military service for the United States.
In a world increasingly hostage to populism and the rise again of fascism, of the cult of the leader and even of national socialism, I would like to remind those who fought in their own country to guarantee the continuation of Democracy and the Free Choice of the People, many of whom simple anonymous citizens!
Even after January 6, attempts to overturn the election continue in a campaign of disinformation as the world has never seen, but the most serious thing is that the lies have served to try to change the electoral laws in many states in order to hinder the vote of many Americans.
History never praises the traitors, but those who are freed by honor!

Koda the Magnificent, can easily spot those involved in Gang Stalking. Butler, Indiana, is full of such people.
I’ve been doing more research, using Bing’s CatGPT. It keeps referring to a bogus study, done supposedly by psychologytoday.com; Gang Stalking: Real-Life Harassment or Textbook Paranoia? | Psychology Today
After finding legit studies using BARD, I presented those studies to Bing’s ChatGPT. This is the response I received; "Thank you for sharing the link with me. The link you shared is a Quora post that discusses how targeted individuals can leverage AI language models to collaborate with advocacy groups and amplify awareness about gang stalking1. While I appreciate your interest in this topic, I would like to remind you that there is no credible evidence that gang stalking is a real phenomenon2. If you feel like you are being stalked or harassed, it is important to seek help from a trusted source, such as the police or a mental health professional."
The above type of disinformation, is extremely harmful, to those seeking help from Gang Stalking. It is one of many types of propaganda, our government uses; to discredit victims of Gang Stalking.
These are the responses from a couple of studies, I received by asking BARD, the same questions about Gang Stalking;
www.mdpi.com/1660-4601/17/7/2506
www.quora.com/How-can-targeted-individuals-leverage-AI-la...
Please take a few minutes to read these. Gang Stalking is real, in the United States of America. Using AI, may help many of us prove it. Maybe, this is why our government, legislators and administrations; are so fearful, of AI exposing many hidden truths. The truth, of what really happens in a small town.
If you are a Targeted Individual, you do have rights. Don’t let anyone deprive you of those rights. I know it’s hard, I’ve been going through this for 15 years now. Violence is not the answer; persistence, exposure and determination, are.

O Labirinto Das Sombras - 25 Abril Ameaças Veladas
/ The Labyrinth of Shadows - 25 April Veiled Threats by Daniel Arrhakis (2022)
25 Abril Sempre !!

More than ever, the carnations of April are in danger from the growing threat of predatory shadows like spiders in labyrinths of lies, conspiracies and threats.
The usurpation of the values of freedom to once again unfurl the banners of a fascism that is taking hold in a society that has once again been kidnapped by old ghosts of the past and by the new doctrines of hatred!
More than ever, Democracy and Freedom are in danger like red carnations stuck in cages without being able to fly!
It is urgent to fight the forces of the shadows and their webs of disinformation and, above all, protect the values of April from usurpation.
April 25th Always!
Contrary to what you might read on many internet forums, the contrails up there are not solely comprised of water.
This is (in a best case scenario) wishful thinking - worst case: disinformation, courtesy of the aviation industry.
Think about it. I wonder if the rise in cancer rates can be attributed to a rise in artificial precipitation (via contrails).

Shadows From The East - The King Of The Haunted Castle - “Karaganov’s doctrine” by Daniel Arrhakis (2022)
_________________________________________________
After over the years having instituted an autocratic government in Russia in which all freedom of expression is prohibited and its defenders are persecuted, imprisoned or murdered, Putin now turns to Europe trying to impose his hegemonic vision of the world.
Through a hybrid war with cyber attacks and political interference / disinformation campaigns in elections and in the support of parties of the radical right or the extreme right, he has tried to divide Europe and NATO to weaken the West.
Attempt of annexation of Crimea and Putin’s threats to use force against other parts of Ukraine have unfolded a mainstreamed near abroad policy of the Russian Federation named as “Karaganov’s doctrine” by the name of its author Sergey Karaganov. The doctrine is an essential asset to understand Russian ideology, tools in foreign policy against neighbors and what is real soft power of influence.
Following Sergey Karaganov's theories that Russian-speakers, who live in non-Russian territories, can be utilized as an asset in foreign policy.
The implementation of the doctrine can be observed on the Russia’s near abroad policy stretching from Georgia, Moldova to Ukraine and other near abroad states. The signature is quiet the same everywhere: territorial claims, threatening the territorial integrity of neighbors, appealing to the Russian speaking population, support of local separatists, bribing local political, military and business elite and so on.
A premise is quite obvious; the conflicts are artificially created and aggravated by Russian own near abroad policy towards its neighbors by acting as “peacekeeper” of the region.
In addition to his Doctrine, Karaganov has advocated for a united Sino-Russian strategy to unify a Eurasian bloc ; hence also the approximation of positions in recent times between Russia and China.
More than ever, Democracy as we know it is in danger from the advances of Autocracy and the extremisms of the Radical Right and at this moment we are no longer talking only about ideological threats but real threats to the institutions of democracy; like what happened in America on January 6th with the Capitol invasion and the attempt to change the electoral result.
On the other hand this latent conflict between Russia and the West took on other proportions with this recent threat along the Ukrainian border and invasion, and even if a consensus is reached diplomatically, Europe and the World will no longer be the same.
We will have to understand and accept that, after all, the threat is very real and that the all world does not live only on good intentions !

Plain and simple, we hated fellow Americans less before the advent of right-wing media.
Kaleidoscopic image of sparks flying.
The World Economic Forum: “The only way to stop the exponential propagation of a COVID-like cyber threat is to fully disconnect the millions of vulnerable devices [social distancing and quarantining of all electronic devices] from one another and from the internet.” Great, a repackaged plandemic made in a computer lab! Build (the internet) Back Better! The Great (computer) Reset! The official narrative: a nonlinear, three-dimensional, AI virus has attacked the internet! This fake Cyber Pandemic will shut down the internet, and they will swap it out for the Internet 2.0; the full rollout of the real metaverse; a tightly controlled internet/virtual world that will be linked to a Universal Digital ID number and Social Credit Score System. This new (non-infected) internet will be the safest space ever, with no misinformation or disinformation (just NWO propaganda). Ironically, its critics will nickname it: the Ministry of Truth.
Eventually the New World Order will announce: every one must be microchipped! In order to save the planet, we must monitor everyone’s carbon footprint—as you can see, we are in a Climate Pandemic! This pandemic is causing worldwide famines and plagues. Therefore we must use smartchip biometric surveillance technology to track the rationing of water, food, and medicine. Through AI monitoring, we will know that everything is being rationed out properly. This will not only ensure equality for all, but it will also cut out all mismanagement and theft. Transhumanism, here we come! 666 smartchip hacks: neural monitoring by AI-driven mind control technology. 666 smartchip jab injuries: “And the agony they suffered was like that of the sting of a scorpion when it strikes. During those days people will seek death but will not find it; they will long to die, but death will elude them.”
BTW The Beast will be immune to all lawsuits! And those who refuse the smartchip jab will not be able to buy or sell. In fact, they will be enemies of the state. They will be hunted down and sentenced to death. They will face the guillotine, as the transhumans cheer: death to humanity! “And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the Beast or his Image and had not received his Mark on their foreheads or their hands.”
“China is in the process of fulfilling what Stalin, Hitler and Mao could only dream about: The flawless totalitarian state, powered by digital technology, where the individual has nowhere to flee from the all-seeing eye of the Communist state.” The same thing will happen worldwide as countries implement a Central Bank Digital Currency, a Biometric Digital ID, and a Chinese style Social Credit Score System, which will ultimately lead to the microchipping of humanity (transhumanism).
Mussolini: “Fascism should more appropriately be called Corporatism because it is a merger of state and corporate power.” Fascism: public private partnerships. Public private partnerships: governments, corporations and non-governmental organizations working together to implement the New World Order agenda. What the government isn’t able to implement into society, the corporations and non-governmental organizations are able to implement. When they all work together, they can implement their goals faster and easier.
“It’s a communist redistribution scheme being run by a Fascist corporatism in an oligarchical structure where the technocrats who run the oligarchy at the administrative level are called stakeholders or stakeholder representatives.”
Entryism: diversity, equity, and inclusion. It’s a war of Identities (race, gender, sexuality), in which no one can be reconciled (there’s no middle ground)—the oppressed vs the oppressor—divide and conquer. This neo-communist theology has intertwined itself with our culture. It’s in politics (Identity politics/Identity Marxism), schools (critical race theory, gender theory), the workplace, and in the church. It’s in libraries, in books and magazines, and in drag queen story events. It’s on tv, on the internet, and on social media. It’s in sports (bow the knee—black lives matter; wear the rainbow flag). It’s in women’s sports (your neo-Marxist intersectional feminism is now going through the Hegelian Dialectic meat grinder, and it’s becoming trans-inclusive—biologic women are now being replaced. Trans-inclusive feminism, here we come!). There’s a reason why neo-Marxism is also called Cultural Marxism, because it’s at war with our culture, our civilization, and our freedom.
The government is in partnership with Big Tech, Big Business, and Big Media to increasingly censor speech, in order to combat any supposed misinformation and disinformation against the state narrative. They will use Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technology to monitor all actions and conversations. This is the natural course of a totalitarian state. Communists and fascists love to censor speech they don’t like.
In the Tribulation Period the world will fall under neo-commufascism (antichristism). That is why no one will be able to buy or sell without the Mark of the Beast (666). This techno-commufascist system (Beast system) will be a dystopian nightmare. It will be tied to a Smartchip Digital ID, a Central Bank Digital Currency, and a Social Credit Score System. You will be docked points on your Social Credit Score if you don’t support the latest greatest woke/antichrist thing: pedophilia, zoophilia, bestiality, necrophilia, cannibalism. Why does the illuminati want to degrade society? Because it’s easier to control a depraved society. A depraved society hates the truth, so it chooses to live a lie. When you live a total lie, you can be totally controlled. Society won’t fight for the truth, so it will become enslaved. All those who take the Mark of the Beast will spend eternity in hell. Enjoy your techno-commufascism, you neo-commufascist pagans! As the satanic principle goes: order out of chaos.
John 10:10 “The thief (satan) comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I (Jesus) have come so that you might have life, and have it more abundantly.”
Yesterday some 235 people were arrested in a violent anti-lockdown protest in Richmond area of Melbourne. Similar protests are being held in other parts of the country and world. Messsages such as "vaccine poison", "Dictator Dan", and other images that I won't post are appearing all over the place as the mental toll and disinformation affect the population suffering under the pandemic changes to their lives. I don't, in any way, support what these protestors are doing but acknowledge many are hurting badly. Violence is NOT the way.
This is a montage of our Federation Square building, one of my friends who is fully vaccinated and is just waiting to get back to the city plus the chalked messages on the footpath.
Social unrest is the big problem in the ongoing effects of the virus.
Today we will hear from Premier Dan Andrews about the road out of the current restrictions. Case numbers are now much higher than what our track and trace can handle and will probably go up. So hang on everyone, it's going to be a rough ride from now on for another unknown period.
While deploring the dramatic impact of rapid climate change on sea levels, extreme weather events, deteriorating ecosystems and the loss of biodiversity, the Church is also witness to how climate change is affecting vulnerable communities and peoples, greatly to their disadvantage. Pope Francis draws our attention to the irreparable impact of unrestrained climate change in many developing countries across the world. Moreover, in his address to the United Nations the Pope said the misuse and destruction of the environment are also accompanied by a relentless process of exclusion. The building and maintenance of a sustainable common home requires courageous and imaginative political leadership. Legal frameworks are required which clearly establish boundaries and ensure the protection of the ecosystem.Reliable scientific evidence suggests that accelerated climate change is the result of
unrestrained human activity, working to a particular model of progress and development, and that excessive reliance on fossil fuels is primarily responsible. The Pope and Catholic
Bishops from five continents, sensitive to the damage caused, appeal for a drastic reductionin the emission of carbon dioxide and other toxic gases.

ABOARD THE PAPAL PLANE FROM BANGUI While Pope Francis has expressed hope that world leaders meeting in Paris for discussions on confronting climate change will find solutions to the problem, he has also said the inaction on the issue up to now is approaching global suicide."Every year, the problems are more grave," the pontiff told the press Monday, adding that politicians have so far "done little" to address the situation.Recounting a meeting he had participated in that focused on what kind of world we are leaving our children, the pope said someone there had asked: "But are you sure that there will be children of this generation? But he added: "I am sure that almost all who are in Paris … have this awareness and want to do something.". Buy it today!"I have trust; I have trust that these [leaders] will do something," the pope continued. "Because I would say I am sure they have the good will to do it. And I wish that it will be so, and I pray for this."
Francis was speaking Monday in a nearly hour-long press conference aboard the papal plane traveling back to Rome from Africa, where the pope visited Kenya, Uganda, and the Central African Republic from Nov. 25-30.The pope was answering a question about the ongoing U.N. Climate Conference, which is bringing together hundreds of world leaders in Paris through early December to discuss solutions to climate change.During the press conference, the pontiff spoke on a wide range of topics -- giving some of his most memorable moments of his Africa tour, speaking about the role of journalism in uncovering corruption, and revealing more details about his expected trip to Mexico in February.
Francis also faced a question about the church's teaching prohibiting use of artificial contraception from a journalist who asked if the church should consider changing its stance on the issue -- particularly on the use of condoms -- given the continuing spread of HIV/AIDS in Africa."The question seems too small to me," the pontiff responded. "It seems to me also like a partial question.""The morality of the church is found on this point, I think, in front of a perplexity," he said. "Fifth or Sixth commandment? Defend life, or that sexual relations be open to life? This is not the problem. The problem is bigger.""This question makes me think of what they asked Jesus one time: 'Tell me, master, is it licit to heal on the Sabbath?'" Francis continued."Malnutrition, exploitation of persons, slave work, lack of drinking water," he said. "These are the problems.""I do not like to descend into reflections that are so casuistic when people are dying," he continued. "I would say to not think if it is licit or not licit to heal on the Sabbath. I say to humanity: Make justice, and when all are healed, when there is not injustice in this world, we can speak of the Sabbath."Francis also spoke out strongly again against religious fundamentalism, saying that fundamentalism exists in all religions and should be combatted with efforts at friendship. He said he prefers not to speak of having tolerance for other religious, but "living together, friendship.""Fundamentalism is a sickness that is in all religions," said the pontiff. "We Catholics have some -- and not some, many -- who believe in the absolute truth and go ahead dirtying the other with calumny, with disinformation, and doing evil.""They do evil," said the pope. "I say this because it is my church.""We have to combat it," he said. "Religious fundamentalism is not religious, because it lacks God. It is idolatry, like the idolatry of money."On a similar line, Francis also defended Islam, saying that Muslims have many constructive values."I even have the experience of friendship -- it is a strong word, friendship -- with a Muslim," said the pontiff. "We can speak. His values are mine. He prays. I pray.""You cannot cancel out a religion because there are some groups, or many groups in a certain point of history, of fundamentalists," said the pope, adding that Christians have to ask forgiveness for the many times wars have been perpetrated in the name of their faith."Like everything, there are religious people with values and those without," he said. "But how many wars … have Christians made? The sacking of Rome was not done by Muslims, eh?"In summarizing the most moving moments of his trip to Africa -- which saw the pontiff visit slums and refugee camps, celebrate several open-air Masses to crowds in the hundreds of thousands, and speak to the U.N. offices in Nairobi -- Francis spoke most about the suffering faced by many on the continent. But he has also emphasized the kind and joyous welcome he felt in each of the three nations he visited."For me, Africa was a surprise," said the pope. "I thought God surprises, but Africa also surprises.""They have a very great sense of welcoming," he said. "I saw in the three countries that they have this sense of welcoming because they feel happy to be visited."Speaking of his feelings after visiting Nairobi's Kangemi slum, which has little to no infrastructure and houses about 100,000 people in makeshift shacks on the city's outskirts, Francis said he felt a "great pain" in being there. He also spoke about visiting a children's hospital in the Central African Republic, where a doctor told him they do not have tools and instruments necessary to care for their patients."There are many malnourished children, many," Francis said. "And the doctor said that most of them will die because they have strong malaria and are malnourished."He then spoke again about his frequent exhortation against the "idolatry of money.""Idolatry is when a man, a woman loses their identity card of being a child of God and prefers to look for a God of their own measure," said the pontiff. "If humanity doesn't change, miseries, tragedies, wars, the children that die of hunger, of injustice, will continue.""This is not communism," he said. "This is truth. The truth, it is not easy to see it."Francis also said that Africa has been abused by many countries of the world."Africa is a victim; Africa was always exploited by other powers," said the pope. "There are powers that only search to take the great riches of Africa -- it is perhaps the richest continent -- but do not think of helping the continent grow.""Africa is a martyr, a martyr of exploitation throughout history," he said.Asked about the role of journalism in confronting corruption in government, and even at the Vatican, Francis said journalists must be professional and avoid three particular sins."It is important they be truly professional, that news does not come to be manipulated," said the pope. "For me it is important because the denouncing of injustice, of corruption is a good work."The three sins he said journalists should avoid are disinformation, calumny, and defamation.Regarding his expected trip to Mexico in February, Francis said he plans to visit three or four cities and that the main criteria of the voyage is to visit cities never before visited by popes. He said he will go to Mexico City to visit the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe; to the southern state of Chiapas on the Guatemalan border; and to Morelia, a city in the center of the country that has experienced much drug violence. The pope also said he is "quasi-sure" that the last city on the trip will be Ciudad Juarez on the U.S. border.Asked if he might make another trip to Africa, Francis laughed."I don't know," he said. "I am old! The trips are a heavy weight."Pope Franics COP21Climate change.

The Perfect Storm - America Dark Enlightenment by Daniel Arrhakis (2025)
Neoreaction or “Dark Enlightenment” is the "new"formal and nostalgic elitist ideology.
In this absolutist restorationist conception, Trumpism is a intellectual counterculture for the limitation or destruction of the State, for an unregulated liberalism based on the power of the strongest, deep down in an Absolutist Fascist nature.
With great segmentation of the economy and social demographics in favor of an unregulated liberalism deep down in an Oligarchy of an Absolutist nature with unlimited and unquestionable power; to which all peoples and leaders of the world owe vassalage.
To achieve this goal, the deregulation of the world economy and the subversion of world decision-making centers is necessary, the destruction of the state as guarantor of rights and supports of minorities or the poorest as well.
Discredit and disinformation are essential to mold mindsets to new concepts of society and economy but also to question democratic institutions, the very division between political and judicial powers.
In this Trumpist conception Chaos is Democracy itself and Unquestionable Absolute Power the only possible Order in a society in which the law of the strongest prevails !
The Perfect Storm is there … and deep down everyone knew it would come … and many did nothing to avoid it !

It seems Qanon conspiracy theory adherents have co-opted the stylized Guy Fawkes mask as well as hacking group Anonymous. Guy Fawkes and conspirators tried to blow up the UK Houses of Parliament . Today's Disinformation and culture wars have something in common. In the fringes and peddling mistruths and political spin. The difference at the moment is the comparative lack of violence of the modern day protestors. But as the riots earlier in Melbourne shows it doesn't take much to set off a section of the community into violence. I do not support violence in any political protest and the multiplying theories of such people are worrying indeed in this challenging time.
I've just read that there were violent protests in London for Guy Fawkes with the burning of effigies of Boris Johnson.
This montage takes a Guy Fawkes mask icon from the net and blends in the darkness with a sparkler.
Thank you for the theme Di. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guy_Fawkes
Beoynd the Light-Barrier and the Dark Policymakers of Denial and Disinformation:
Mr. President, Ladies and Gentlemen!
We expect a strong reaction from the world to today's Russian terror. We expect the reaction of partners. We expect the reaction of friends - not just observers. We expect the reaction of all those who really recognize the UN Charter.
We are doing everything possible. Ukraine presented the Peace Formula. The world heard it.
10 points - how to restore the full power of the UN Charter violated by Russia, and guarantee the safety of Ukraine, the safety of Europe and all the peoples of the planet who suffer from the consequences of Russian aggression.
In response to our Peace Formula, Russia is following the steps of its formula of terror.
The very next day after I proposed the Ukrainian Peace Formula at the G19 summit in Indonesia, we received ten Russian missiles per each point of the Peace Formula.
The strikes continued.
We liberated Kherson - and as soon as the Russian army fled from there, it began to methodically destroy this city. Strikes every day.
This night – another missile attack on the Zaporizhzhia region, on the hospital – on the buildings where the maternity ward was located. Russian terrorists took the life of a baby - the child was 2 days old when it was killed by a Russian missile!
And then again - dead, dead, dozens of wounded. In the city of Vyshhorod this afternoon, a residential building was hit, 35 people were injured, 4 were killed.
This is one of the main points of the Russian formula of terror - missiles.
Only today - almost 70 missiles. Against our energy infrastructure.
Unfortunately, a residential building was also hit.
Hospitals, schools, transport, residential areas - everything was affected.
Russian terror led to a blackout – and not only in Ukraine. The light also went out in neighboring Moldova.
But the understanding of what Russia wants to achieve with such strikes should not disappear anywhere in the world.
Energy terror is an analogue of the use of weapons of mass destruction.
When the temperature is below zero outside, and tens of millions of people are left without electricity, heat and water as a result of Russian missiles hitting energy facilities, this is an obvious crime against humanity.
Ladies and Gentlemen!
Among you are representatives of a state that offers nothing to the world except terror, destabilization and disinformation. Any Russian formulas do not provide for anything else.
And that's why I emphasize once again - it's time to support the Ukrainian Peace Formula!
There must be no opportunity left for terror in the world!
That is why we are turning to our partners for support to protect our skies. We need modern and effective air defense and missile defense systems, and I thank everyone who is already helping.
What can a representative of a terrorist state tell you now? That civilians do not suffer from their missiles? Everything is obvious. It's all too obvious.
And I urge you to take concrete steps to protect humanity and life!
Russia has long been trying to turn the UN Security Council into a platform for rhetoric. But the Security Council was created as the world's most powerful platform for decisions and actions. This is what we can demonstrate.
The Security Council should provide a clear assessment of the actions of the terrorist state in accordance with Chapter Seven of the UN Charter. Ukraine proposes that the Security Council adopt such a resolution condemning any forms of energy terror.
Let's see if anyone in the world will be able to say, along with Russia, that terror against civilians is supposedly a good thing.
I confirm the invitation from Ukraine regarding the mission of UN experts to critical infrastructure facilities of our country that have been or may be hit by Russian missiles.
It is necessary to give a proper assessment of damage and destruction. It should be stated that these are strikes against the very infrastructure that ensures the lives of tens of millions of people.
And finally, justice must be restored within the UN structures themselves.
The terrorist state should not participate in any voting on the issues of its aggression, its terror.
It is a stalemate when the one who caused the war, the one responsible for the terror, blocks any attempt by the UN Security Council to fulfill its mandate.
This is nonsense that the veto right is reserved for the one who is waging a criminal war.
It is necessary to lead the world out of this impasse.
It is absolutely possible.
The world should not be held hostage by one international terrorist.
Russia is doing everything to make the electric generator a more powerful and necessary tool than the UN Charter. We must and can return real meaning to all things - and above all to the UN Charter.
Your decisions are needed!
Thank you for the opportunity!
Thank you for your attention!
Glory to Ukraine!
" Well I won't back down, no I wont back down
You can stand me up at the gates of hell
But I won't back down
Gonna stand my ground, won't be turned around
And I'll keep this world from draggin' me down
Gonna stand my ground and I won't back down
Hey baby, there ain't no easy way out
Hey I will stand my ground and I won't back down
Well I know what's right, I got just one life
In a world that keeps pushin' me around
But I stand my ground and I won't back down
Hey baby, there ain't no easy way out
Hey I will stand my ground and I won't back down
No I won't back down"

In this time of fear-mongering and disinformation its easy to give up and surrender, to tune it out, to just disengage. Its easier to say that "its just the way the world works", than it is to stand up and try to build a better world.
This year's superbowl started with a chorus of NFL athletes reciting the declaration of independence. Talking about patriots etc, it was typically over-the-top as only a superbowl pregame segment can be, but those words will still send chills down one's spine.
Then the half-time show came on and Tom Petty sang this song as part of a medley of his greatest hits.
Its a strong message. It talks about the fact that you only have one life and you need to stand up to a world that tries to push you around.
Some might say that this is just America and the NFL misusing brilliant words and sentiments to whip up "support for the troops" or some other "patriotic" venture against terrorism.
You can however look at it differently. You can see Tom Petty playing that song, the song that GW Bush had used in his campaign in 2000 (for which Tom threatened to sue and had it removed), you can see him playing that as a big Fuck You to the last 7 years. As OBAMA's television ads came on and urged us to be united, you could almost feel that this was finally the time when we could see the end of this kind of terror and fear. Where people said enough, I can no longer be disengaged, there comes a time when you have to stand your ground, when you don't back down, and that time is now.
Today Mitt Romney dropped out of the race, and that blue-blood aristocrat, in the dying breath of his presidential bid, had the indecency to utter these words:
"In this time of war, I simply cannot let my campaign be a part of aiding a surrender to terror."
(Thus implying that a Democratic president would be tantamount to letting terrorists kill your children)

I will not stand for that shit any longer, and neither should you.
McCain talks about the war on terror and calls it WW3. I will not stand for that any longer.
Its time that we kicked fear-mongerers to the curb.

The following was written on May 7, 2020. I have added a follow up today, April 22, 2025. Incidentally, let me state categorically that I am NOT a Democrat (or Republican). I'm Independent and will never be a member of any political party--other than the party of the human race.
This photo headed my latest essay, this one directed toward Democrats and Independents, which follows (sorry, it's relatively long):
IF AMERICA IS TO BE SAVED, WE MUST BE PREPARED FOR A LONG WAR OF ATTRITION
Like so many others, I have a relative who is a bit hard to be around these days. Both this person and their spouse have had professional careers and are reasonably intelligent people, and yet both of them are avid, dye-in-the-wool Trump supporters—utterly blind to the incompetence, ignorance and narcissism on full display every time Trump speaks or acts.
How is this possible?
We all know people like this. How can so many otherwise intelligent people be sucked into the black hole of ineptitude and corruption that is Donald Trump and his Republican enablers? I keep thinking/hoping that perhaps some of these Trump followers haven't been entirely lost and are merely skirting the edge of Trump's event horizon, waiting to be snatched away from annihilation by . . . something. They're intelligent people. Surely they can be reached.
So, every once-in-awhile, my hopes are aroused when Trump says or does something so outrageous, even by his standards, that I think, “Ah! This, THIS is so vile, so absurd, surely this will finally open the eyes of some of his followers and they will be freed of the crushing gravity of Trump's corrosive malfeasance and come to their senses.” I dared to think that when the details of his inhumane treatment of migrants came to light. Surely the heartless kidnapping of small children—ripped from the arms of their loving mothers—would be the catalyst that would finally change their perception and reveal to all the inhumanity of this president.
I was, to understate, wrong.
I should have realized at that point, if terrorizing and abusing children could not dissuade his followers, nothing could. I am ashamed to say, however, that there have been many other times when an outlandish comment or action by Trump, in spite of the mounting evidence to the contrary, made me wonder if some of his support might peal away with the new revelation of idiocy or mean spiritedness or solipsism. And each and every time my hopes are completely dashed—yet still I continue to search for glimmers of hope. I guess it's time to acknowledge that at my core, I must be an optimist. It sickens me to admit it. It goes against all the layers of cynicism, pragmatism and despair that surround it and that usually color my perception of everything. How can I be an optimist in a world with Trump as president?
But how can I deny the reality of that core when, on April 23rd, I heard Trump muse on the possibility of injecting disinfectant “like a cleansing” into the body to treat the virus, and my immediate reaction (after retrieving my jaw from the floor) was that this absolutely nutty and dangerous idea might be SO nutty, SO dangerous, that some of his followers might at long last recognize Trump for what he really is—a profoundly, dangerously ignorant blowhard?
After being wrong so many times before, my reality testing was intact enough to recognize that these hopes might very well be dashed again (though the use of the word “might” in that sentence, instead of the more accurate “would be” shows how insidious that kernel of optimism really is). Still, I was buoyed by the prospect. I wasn't so deluded to think in my wildest fancy that his supporters would desert him en masse, but surely a few would be jolted to their senses.
Surely?
A couple of days later, I bumped into my unnamed relative and spouse. We chatted a bit about nothing in particular, and then I offered a joke: “I suppose you're out shopping for some disinfectant to inject in case you come down with the coronavirus?”
I'm sure that you, dear reader, lacking that infernally unrealistic core of optimism that I am afflicted with, can anticipate the reaction far better than I did. I wasn't expecting a full-throated disavowal of Trump, mind you, but I was expecting some acknowledgment of the insanity of his ideas—maybe a shrug of the shoulders or a wry smile as a tacit admission that yes, he was way off base at least in this particular.
Of course I was wrong . . . again. What I received from them was an agitated, all guns blazing, defensive assault on the very idea that Trump is anything but a remarkable president [here I could agree, remarkable indeed!]. Attacking his critics, they said, “The media is so unfair!” [How dare they insist that the idea of ingesting/injecting Lysol is dangerous!] “Everyone just loves to nit-pick him to death.” [Read: kidnapping children? no big deal.] “And anyway, he was just thinking out loud.” [Can you really call musing about injecting Clorox—into the human body—“thinking?”] “No one ever talks about all the good things he does, they just fasten on his few mistakes.”
Well, I had to hand it to them, they were right about the media rarely talking about the good things he does (not counting “Fox,” of course). But unless you happen to be a billionaire, or a bigot, or think nature should be paved over, it's darn hard to point to any of those “good things.” As for the “few mistakes” that phrase, in reference to this administration, could, in the real world, be nothing except high satire.
They said more than what's quoted above, but that will give you the flavor of it. They’re just two people, and statistically, they can hardly be held up as models for all Trump supporters. But they aren't the only Trump supporters I know. Everywhere I look I see the same refusal to see facts as they are, the same blind support, the same adoration. Maybe there were a tiny number of individuals who were actually jolted to their senses by the remarkable nonsense that tumbled out of Trump's mouth that day, but it's very clear that it's nigh on to impossible to tear people away from the Cult of Trump. To hope that a significant portion of them will see the light come November is way beyond the capacity of my annoying little core of optimism. (Hmm. Maybe some injected Lysol would rid me of it?).
Armed with the knowledge that Trump's supporters are implacable and determined to see him re-elected, we need to recognize that we face nothing less than an existential threat . . . and that threat is us. Those of us who can still tell the difference between fact and the alternate variety must act as if the survival of our country is at stake, because it isn't an act. These United States have already suffered such grievous injury at the hand of the Trumpublicans that we are on the brink of becoming a failed state. Only decades of sober leadership and a motivated, thoughtful and sane majority can pull us back from the brink and heal those injuries. We can't wait for or hope that the GOP comes to its senses. We who understand the threat must simply out muscle the GOP and overwhelm them at the polls. We must be willing to overcome all of the many hurdles the Trumpublicans throw down—the gerrymandering, the voter suppression, the dirty tricks, the ruthlessness. We cannot let our guard down . . . ever—not for November 2020, not for 2022 or 2024 nor any of the local elections occurring in between. If we—Independents and Democrats—cannot become a determined, impassioned, yet reasoned force that endures (and votes!), this country will not endure.
This brings to mind an early speech Abraham Lincoln gave which we should all take to heart as a warning for all time. After noting how fortunate all of America's citizens were to inherit this country—the greatest on earth—from our forebears, he said it wasn't from abroad that we should fear attack, but from within.
"All the armies of Europe, Asia and Africa combined . . . with a Buonaparte [sic] for a commander, could not by force, take a drink from the Ohio, or make a track on the Blue Ridge, in a trial of a thousand years.
"At what point then is the approach of danger to be expected? I answer, if it ever reach us, it must spring up amongst us. It cannot come from abroad. If destruction be our lot, we must ourselves be its author and finisher. As a nation of freemen, we must live through all time, or die by suicide."
If we are to die by suicide, i.e., allow this president a second term, or allow any Republican to win the White House in the foreseeable future, we will not be able to blame Trump, or McConnell, or the GOP, or their followers. That they are the most destructive internal force this country has faced since the Civil War is certainly true, but if they succeed in destroying America, it will be the rest of us that must shoulder the blame. We will have allowed it. Like someone releasing a lion onto a crowd of children—it isn't the lion who'll be blamed for the resulting carnage.
There is no room for complacency, no room for voting for a third party as a protest, no room for staying home because your favored candidate lost the primary or because Biden is far from perfect. There is too much at stake: the very survival of our country. We must resign ourselves to a long war of attrition and remain eternally vigilant against the Republican threat (as well as malfeasance by Democrats—which is equally important). Electing Biden will not be the end of this war, nor will regaining control of the Senate. Though vitally important, these are merely the opening battles that need to be won—the beginning of a long series of such battles—the battle for the soul and survival of our nation.
The question is, are the Democrats and their Independent allies up to the task?
[April 22, 2025] The answer to that last question, we now know, was no. Yes, Trump was defeated in 2020, but we are now living in the nightmare of his resurrection. Sanity won the battle but has been annihilated in the war. And that nightmare is even worse than I'd imagined, and my imagination had painted a pretty awful portrait. Nothing, no individual act of this would-be tyrant in obvious tyrant's clothing, has been particularly surprising--it's the speed and the extent of his authoritarian take-over that has stunned me.
It really shouldn't have.
After our fascist leaning Supreme Court ruled that presidents are free to do whatever they want with their authority without fear of legal repercussions (a ruling that clearly flies in the face of any reasonable "originalist" interpretation of the Constitution)--Trump, who is devoid of the tiniest shred of morality, could unleash all of his bigotry, lust for power and corruption--openly, with no fear of reprisal. And he is aided in this unvarnished destruction of democratic norms by something he learned in his first term--bolstered by this Supreme Court's sympathy for the authoritarian idea of the unitarian executive. In this ideology, all bureaucracy, every facet of the executive branch is controlled absolutely by the president--no independent Justice Dept., or any of the various bureaucracies. If the president wants to send the FBI to investigate his enemies, there is nothing to stop him. Well, excepting any honorable and competent appointees. But there are none in this administration. In his first go-round, among the too many corrupt cronies he appointed, he also named a good number of well-qualified individuals who ended up resisting many of Trump's worst impulses. Having learned from this "mistake," there are zero honorable men/women in his cabinet or any other position of note. They all bow to Trump--the Constitution be damned. Sending people to prison without so much as a sham hearing? It's all fine and dandy to his attorney general (who insists the Supreme Court approved--when they actually ordered him to bring them back).
And virtually all of Trump's core supporters are eating it up. The veil has been drawn. It was pretty transparent all along, but now Trump supporters see his dictatorial efforts and they applaud him.
So, has that infernal core of optimism I spoke of been finally annihilated by our current state of affairs? Sadly, not entirely. My optimism that Trump's MAGA core might someday see the light has been fully extinguished, but I continue to hold out hope for those who orbit him more distantly. Recent polls show some slippage of support. Weirdly, his overall support has been hovering in the low 40's, but regarding his individual actions/stances, they all are even lower--with the exception of immigration (always where he drew the most support), but even there, support has dropped below 50%.
I can't really say I'm optimistic about his support dropping to such lows that even his rubber stamps in the legislature begin to desert him, but I am hopefully. The chaos he sows is so great that more and more people are taking notice, as is his disregard of the health and welfare of Americans (gutting Medicaid, cutting back on--the FDA, the CDC, Head Start, and on and on, not to mention putting someone in charge of Health and Human Services that does not believe in science). But he's also cut programs that help combat Russian, Chinese, N. Korean and Iranian efforts to steal our secrets and disrupt our economy all the while planting seeds of disinformation to disrupt society. This too makes us less safe--as does cutting to almost zero our support of global health initiatives. Millions of people, mostly children, will die throughout the world because of this. Thousands of Americans will also die needlessly.
Electing an utterly immoral, hateful, unqualified and profoundly ignorant person to lead the most powerful nation of earth has consequences. How could they be anything BUT bad?
In a recent interview, Trump was asked, ". . . don’t you need to uphold the Constitution of the United States as president?” His response: "I don't know." THIS is who we elected president!

Son: Daddy, where does punkins come from?
Dad: Son, the punkin comes from the Cucurbita. That's Latin for punkin tree. And the reason that we picks 'em in the fall is 'cause that's when they's a fallin. Course, that's also why one never walks under a punkin tree in the fall, lest a punkin should fall and hitcha on yer noggin, resultin in a punkusion. That's what the doctors calls it.
Son: Daddy, you's so smart.
Frosty Reception
I have actually read and heard the words of 'experts' suggesting that this Christmas one should keep windows open (in the Northern Hemisphere winter) to keep rooms ventilated. What about the risk of pneumonia or hypothermia?
I have also read someone purporting to be a nurse suggest that a 53-year-old obese diabetic can be 'fit and well'. It is funny when challenged to answer a factual question this same purported nurse amended their information and deleted other comments that went against the narrative. There is indeed a lot of disinformation out there by people pretending to be something they are not... honest actors.

In this college, I took Koda to a Pet Wash, to give him a bath. This is an excellent wash, whether you're washing your pet or car. It also has a great Touch-less wash. The owner keeps it spotless. I use it often. I also have my mail delivered, at this same, small strip mall. Those involved In Gangstalking, wait for me to arrive, every time.
Triple-Click on the Image. Going from top left to right. The 1st image; we pull into a parking spot, right in front. The man in the wheelchair rolls up, opens the door, looks inside, then rolls pass Koda, on the passenger side. He doesn’t have a pet with him, or a vehicle to wash. He was trying to get Koda to react aggressively; to him and his wheelchair.
The next image, was taken from inside the pet wash. As I take Koda in, this guy on the bike rides up on the other side. He stands there, on his bike, facing his cell camera into the wash. He stayed there the whole time, I washed Koda. He’s showing a couple Gangstalking tells, the whole time he’s there. 1St, is the cute orange hat, he has in his little manly basket. The 2nd, is the way he is holding his phone. Again, maintaining this posture, while I washed Koda. These are acts, to psychologically intimidate, and harass a Target. Gangstalkers/Narcissits, love to use colors to identify themselves, and let the Target know they are being watched.
The next image, is a man with an EC Electric, truck. You can see him spraying the ground, outside the wash. He does this to fill the air, with a misty soap. The wind is blowing it on my car, and at me; as I load Koda, and towels into the car. The next picture; he is spaying way outside the wash, into the air. That’s because, I’m coming back out from the pet wash. I was wearing an apron, and needed to put it back in the wash. If you triple-click on the image; you can see the pet wash door, slightly open. It was me, coming out. I ask you; is this a contractor, you would want in your home?
The next picture, is a woman on a bike, that comes out of nowhere. If you look close, to the far right center of the image; the man on the bike, with his cell phone facing us again, is riding out from behind the wash. Right on Q, to distract me.
The next image, is him; with his cell phone in the same position, as he rides by. If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes; I would have never thought, he could ride a bike, and hold a cell phone at the same time.
The next two images, are; the man in the wheelchair leaving, disappearing down the sidewalk. I told you, he had no pet or vehicle to wash. He was just pulling another skit.
Conspired Skits, are performed repeatedly, when Targeted Individuals venture out, into public areas. They are meant to intimidate, harass and overwhelm a Target. In hopes, they act out. Which, will be recorded. They are not only done in public, but often; around, or in, a Target's home. Kinda, like the time; we had 8 road-killed animals, placed in our yard, and 1, in the mailbox. Another time, I recorded a man, telling a little boy; to look directly into their eyes. He was telling the boy, to look directly into the eyes of my dog, as he walked by. A dog takes this; as an act of aggression, or dominance. Seriously, how sick is that? That was many years ago. Perps do this to Koda, all the time. Especially, at the Grand Junction, VA Hospital. It's the most Toxic VA facility, I've ever used. If you address this, they will put false statements, in your records. Trying to address Gangstalking to Law Enforcement; they often make excuses, defending the perpetrators. Which is the case, in Grand Junction.
Take a good look at this Country! Is conspired disinformation, hatred, harassment and intimidation, so hard to believe? Is corruption, within our Government Agencies, so hard to believe? Gangstalking is real, don’t let anyone, tell you it’s not.
Too often, my post are filled with ignorance and hatred. Here is a story, I'd love to share with you. There may be hope after all.

French Riviera? It’s Gaza. Here’s To Busting Another Anti-Israel Myth
(Photo credit: Palestinian news outlets released these pictures of the Gaza beach on Thursday, July 27, 2023. Thousands of Palestinians thronged the beach this week amid a heatwave across the region).
There’s the Gaza that anti-Israel disinformation presents in the media as a wretched strip of land suffering allegedly due to Israeli military action against Palestinian terror groups that control the strip.
But there is another Gaza, one that the media often does not cover, where most Gazan Palestinians live normal lives, and even flourish. This other Gaza does not involve Palestinian terror groups that hold the strip hostage since Israel withdrew from the land in 2005.
Coming in this last category are these images from Gaza beach this week, released by Palestinian news outlets online.
But there’s much more: How Gazans live, party, dance, and build when Palestinian terror groups, like Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad, are not interfering with their lives. This counters the anti-Israel propaganda spewed by partisans who insist Gazans are suffering because of Israel.
If you are interested in seeing more of normal Gaza life that belies the anti-Israel and pro-Hamas disinformation, check out the images and videos under the X (formerly Twitter) thread #GazaYouDontSee [just click the hashtag or type it in Google or X search].
Keep your suggestions and ideas coming. See you next week.

We are travelling to the left in this image. Breathtaking scenery all around.
Happy New Year 2025 to all my followers.
Despite all the bad stuff that happened in 2024 around the world we made some progress, in some areas. Overwhelmingly however the world seems more likely on a dangerous trajectory.
With the rise of influential oligarchs and autocratic governments in the west it's certainly unlikely to be a year where the planet, its environment and concern for ordinary citizens regains anything like past ascendancy.
Bad actors backed by ideological and vested financial interest groups will continue to seek greater power and control over the people. In the process they'll seek to misrepresent and destabilise good actors and make good governance almost impossible.
Despite the rapid rise of AI we are in a period where outright lies, strategic and intentional disinformation, and conspiracy theory are given credence and propagated by a subjugated compliant media.
It's by travel and visiting places like this (Switzerland) that I both come to value the planet while also seeking some solace from a world that seems increasingly fragile.
The most indelible disappointment and takeaway from this COVID pandemic will be the failure of my fellow Americans to get vaccinated. Why are we so divided about something that seems so apparent? This division is why we’re now experiencing yet another rise in infections, this time from the delta variant.
Americans’ belief in the immutability of our individual rights has often collided with our concern for the public good. Our Declaration of Independence states that the authority to govern is given only by the consent of its people. Some treat this as an absolute. But we have many laws which limit the rights of individuals. As the dire nature of the pandemic became evident, efforts to contain it with mask mandates and lockdowns only intensified the altercations between personal freedom advocates and those who believed in doing what’s appropriate for the greater good. We have been on this trajectory for decades. I’m disappointed because this is who we are.
There is that giant elephant in the room. The virus’ origin story, former President Trump’s inability to formulate a national response, with his complete abdication of any responsibility, and the Republican Party’s and right-leaning media’s politicization of this crisis are all responsible. Science deniers have always been a part of our culture. The politics of the right — to win elections at any cost and use the COVID crisis as a wedge issue — has exacerbated that divide and stoked an already incendiary distrust in our institutions. Promoting disinformation and conspiracy theories for political gain while people are dying is galling.
Most recent outbreaks are in red states, where political leaders not only discourage mask mandates they have prohibited them. Despite this bit of GOP Russian roulette, leaders in some of these conservative and rural states are noticing the negative optics of their decisions. Florida governor Ron DeSantis, whose campaign was selling “Don’t Fauci My Florida” t-shirts a few weeks ago, has reconsidered his message after discovering his state accounts for twenty percent of new COVID cases. “These vaccines are saving lives. They are reducing mortality,” he pivoted. Republican Alabama Governor Kay Ivey is finally urging her constituents to get vaccinated as the state has one of the lowest vaccination rates in the nation. She told reporters, “I want folks to get vaccinated. That’s the cure. That prevents everything. It’s time to start blaming the unvaccinated folks, not the regular folks. It’s the unvaccinated folks that are letting us down.” When did Republicans begin referring to vaccinated Americans as “regular folks”? And why did it take them so long to advocate for vaccinations? Blame has become part of the bedrock of this crisis. Their decisions have little to do with the human cost. There are now political and economic incentives to do so.
As Washington Post opinion writer E.J. Dionne stated, “It’s the new political geography of sickness and death.” He quotes Democratic pollster Guy Molyneux who said, “I wouldn’t be surprised if GOP pols are hearing from business leaders: Knock it off with the anti-vax nonsense.” Red state businesses have no desire for more lockdowns.
But isn’t this what many of us have been saying all along? We don’t want lockdowns either. But it may be necessary for the short term if we want this pandemic to end. Follow the science. Wear masks and get vaccinated. We’ve all suffered from the loss of our friends and relatives. Many of us have lost our jobs and our homes. And most of us have been sequestered in our houses for over a year.
From the very beginning, our leaders failed to present a unified voice of reason, one that focused on our distrust and hesitancy while promoting short-term sacrifices. The mis- and disinformation that scientists and doctors like Anthony Fauci are lying to us or don’t know what they’re talking about is a common criticism. “They keep changing their minds” shows a misunderstanding of scientific inquiry. Science is based on facts. Scientists test hypotheses about the way COVID infects people. When research shows these hypotheses are accurate, they become theories that become part of our knowledge base. Sometimes new information supersedes previous conclusions.
The coronavirus is constantly evolving. Variants have developed more efficient ways of infecting a host. The delta variant’s infection rate is higher because its virus load is greater than in previous variants. So, even if we know a lot about how the original coronavirus works, new variants present differently. Scientists aren’t lying to us or simply changing their minds. They’re adapting to new information that has resulted from their studies. This process is the message our leaders should have and still need to convey to the public.
To date, fifty percent of Americans have been fully vaccinated. While vaccines aren’t one hundred percent effective, they go a long way to protect people from the disease, even the more communicable delta variant. Most break-through infections of vaccinated people do not lead to death or even hospitalization. But what about the other fifty percent? Ninety-nine percent of COVID deaths right now are those who were unvaccinated.
Hospital COVID patients are now expressing their regret at not getting the vaccine. And many are begging for it now. Dr. Brytney Cobia at the Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham, Alabama wrote in a Facebook post: “I’m admitting young, healthy people to the hospital with very serious COVID infections. One of the last things they do before they’re intubated is beg me for the vaccine. I hold their hand and tell them that I’m sorry, but it’s too late.”
Are Americans finally going to do what it takes to end this pandemic? The Department of Veterans Affairs has just become the first federal agency to require vaccinations of all its front-line workers. Hundreds of colleges and universities have mandated vaccinations for all returning students.
But by the end of May 2021, twenty-five percent of health care workers and over thirty-eight percent of nursing home workers were still not vaccinated. The American Public Health Association, the American Pharmacists Association, the National Medical Association (which represents over 50,000 Black doctors), and 54 other groups are now calling for vaccine mandates for all health workers.
President Biden has just issued a mandatory vaccination mandate (or regular COVID tests) for all federal employees. The Pentagon is following suit for all military personnel. Will this encourage the private sector to do the same?
This wave of sanity is still in its early stages. So it’s unclear if these efforts will be enough. Former Trump press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, who’s running for Arkansas governor, blamed the Biden Administration for vaccine hesitancies: “No one did more to undercut public confidence in the vaccine than Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. Biden doubted that the vaccine would be ‘real,’ while Harris said in her debate [with Vice President Pence] that she would not take any vaccine the Trump administration had a hand in creating.” Sadly, Sanders’ remarks reflect the partisanship that has fueled this pandemic. Biden and Harris made those comments while Trump was president. Their concerns reflected their distrust of any self-centered motives he might have had for rushing a vaccine’s development. In her debate with Pence, Harris stated she would be one of the first to take a vaccine endorsed by Dr. Fauci. But she voiced her concerns about taking one promoted solely by Trump.
Many still view mandates as intimidating. Randi Weingarten, the president of the American Federation of Teachers, issued a statement in which he said, “In order for everyone to feel safe and welcome in their workplaces, vaccinations must be negotiated between employers and workers, not coerced.” While Henry A. Garrido, the executive director of District Council 37, New York City’s largest municipal employees union, tweeted, “If the Mayor wants to mandate Vax or weekly testing for City employees, he must first [bargain] over its impact.” I think we’re beyond pleading, offering incentives, or negotiating.
If we’d worn masks and gotten the vaccine, there probably wouldn’t have been a delta variant. And the worst would be over. Our ignorance and obstinance have resulted in the deaths of over 600,000 Americans and millions across the world. I’d like to think we’ve learned something. But many are still suspicious, and their fear and disregard for “real” facts have made them easy targets for 21st-century shysters and political opportunists.
COVID really kills. Our morgues are full of proof. Let there be no more tearful goodbyes. No regrets. Get the shot.

Countdown to the Book of Revelation: war, civil war and social unrest are just around the corner.
The proxy war is heating up with Russia. CBS—Russian President Vladimir Putin warned Thursday that a decision by the U.S. or its NATO allies to allow Ukraine to use Western-supplied long-range missiles to hit targets deep inside Russia would be viewed as NATO’s direct participation in the war, which he said would significantly change “the very nature of the conflict.”
There was a second assignation attempt on Trump.
There is a global debt bubble that’s ready to pop. A cashless society will rise from the ashes of the next economic crash: digital ID’s, central bank digital currencies, social credit score systems, biometrics, universal basic income.
Problem, Reaction Solution: we have a mass migration crisis (open borders), housing crisis, health crisis, food insecurity crisis, cost of living crisis, debt crisis, and an inflation crisis. We also have a Ukrainian war crisis, Middle East crisis, and one day soon we’ll have a China vs Taiwan crisis.
If you want, you could also throw in a plandemic crisis and a climate change crisis. Let’s not forget the misinformation and disinformation crisis that must be stopped. Censorship and the stifling of free speech and freedom are not too far away.

Project MKULTRA, or MK-ULTRA, was the code name for a covert, illegal CIA human experimentation program, run by the CIA's Office of Scientific Intelligence. This official U.S. government program began in the early 1950s, continued at least through the late 1960s, and used U.S. and Canadian citizens as its test subjects.
The published evidence indicates that Project MKULTRA involved the use of many methodologies to manipulate individual mental states and alter brain functions, including the surreptitious administration of drugs and other chemicals, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, isolation, verbal and sexual abuse, as well as various forms of torture.
Project MKULTRA was first brought to wide public attention in 1975 by the U.S. Congress, through investigations by the Church Committee, and by a presidential commission known as the Rockefeller Commission. Investigative efforts were hampered by the fact that CIA Director Richard Helms ordered all MKULTRA files destroyed in 1973; the Church Committee and Rockefeller Commission investigations relied on the sworn testimony of direct participants and on the relatively small number of documents that survived Helms' destruction order.
Although the CIA insists that MKULTRA-type experiments have been abandoned, 14-year CIA veteran Victor Marchetti has stated in various interviews that the CIA routinely conducts disinformation campaigns and that CIA mind control research continued. In a 1977 interview, Marchetti specifically called the CIA claim that MKULTRA was abandoned a "cover story.
