Also, during shooting this, it reminded me of the movie "The Sword in the Stone" from Dinsey, when the sugar-bowl keeps adding sugar and sugar.

The other day I woke up earlier than I wanted. So since I was up and it looked like it was going to be a great sunrise with some clouds I rolled out of bed with the the idea of shooting the sunrise over Downtown Dinsey and then catching the light at the end of Main Street. Well as soon as I got to Downtwon Disney the marine layer came in and closed off the sky. Also the park gates were kept closed until opening time. They use to let you go as far as the end of Main Street which isn't a bad place to shoot early in the morning.
I hung around in Downtown Disney and wasted some electrons. I was about to leave when the sun started breaking through the Marine layer so I headed into DCA to see the light open up on Carsland.
I've done a similar shot before on a crop sensor and this is a revisit of the scene but with a slightly different composition. Thanks and have a great day!
Mostly all Dinsey resorts are more then a place to sleep, if you take the time to exlpore them. Take Riverside for example; This southern charmed resort has a lot of beauty to it if you take the time to walk around and appreciate it. Plese enjoy and have a magical day!
All aboard! Welcome to the Disneyland Railroad!
At first, I only made the train which is a small version of “Roger E. Broggie” in Walt Dinsey World in Florida. And although the train by itself is fun it felt a bit “naked” if you know what I mean. It needed a proper Disneyland Station! I searched the internet for all existing Main Street Stations and picked the one from California and Hong Kong. For me, this specific station design had the best “Disney feeling” and I just had to make a LEGO version of it.
It was a challenge to build because of the scale (about half the size of minifigure-scale) and the amount of detail I wanted to put into the build. I had a lot of fun designing and building it and am pleased with how it turned out.
It is pretty hard to miss the Huge Ferris wheel that dominates Dinsey California Adventure’s skyline. The Huge Mickey smiling down on all guest lets you know you are definitely at Disneyland! But Ferris wheels are pretty old hat so most people, especially thrill-seekers may decide to skip this lumbering relic, especially as it has no Fast Pass and queues can be quite long. basically all you have to do is create a sexy pinup inspired by a disney character! I chose cruella deville!
Only through the magic of Disney can it snow with it being 65 degrees. The white dots are snow flakes. Last night Dinsey rolled out the Christmas version of the Mad Tea Party.
Photo wise I changed the crop to 11x17 (fits nicely on 13x19 paper with a one inch boarder). The editing was very small just a touch extra light on her face using an inverted radial filter and an overall boost in exposure by 0.7EV.
