Under the Tamkeen Project, training sessions under the Youth Entrepreneurship and Employable Skills (YES) activity were held in Jableh, Lattakia (July 26, 2026), targeting 272 beneficiaries.

The activity focuses on empowering adolescents aged 15 to 18 with essential digital skills, aiming to enhance their technical literacy, strengthen their future market readiness, and foster digital inclusion among youth.

This activity is part of the Tamkeen project, which aims to (re) engage Conflict-affected and vulnerable children and young people (aged 3-24), especially vulnerable girls, IDPs, and children and young people with disabilities in safe and quality learning and development through non-formal, community-based settings, and to strengthen the capacity of local partners and communities. This activity is co-financed by SDC and AKFUK and implemented by AKF.
