Sweet Call and Response was developed with an emphasis on experimentation with the materials - digital printing on canvas, photo collage, machine sewn thread, and sewn collage.
Instinctively, messages are sent to attract a response. This book is a visual poem about communication through the interplay of universal symbols and photographic images.
The book is printed entirely on canvas specially coated for digital printing with pigmented inks. A variety of sewing techniques, such as patchwork and embroidery, are applied to the pages over the ink. Each page of the book is treated with meticulous stitching executed by hand using a home sewing machine. Pages are affected on both sides by the stitching. Inverse images create a visual echo woven into the design of the book, which propels the narrative ever forward.

We do reinforce stitching at the fixion of D-ring. Four stitching line will share the tension of the bouncer. This made the D-ring last much longer and stronger. Other factory use other design of the fixion, but will not good for the tension sharing. Could find the differnce in the attached photos.
Cushion Designs
We do cushion between the wall and the base. When the kids bounce on the bouncer this parts bear most of the pressure, so this new design will make this parts much more strong and safety, while other factory only stitch to the base.

With its 180 colour and black-and-white photographs, Londoners are loving it (to keep or for a present), and tourists, too, are snapping it up at gift boutiques, museum shops, and book stores all over the capital. Putting Love London fabrics onto chairs (or even a settee...) is master craftsman Andrea Simonutti of North London’s Urban Upholstery (more friends), who, together with artist/designer Patrizia Sottile, rescue abandoned pieces of furniture and expertly reinvent them as vintage. “I see upholstery as an art,” says Andrea, “and we are passionate about transforming old piece.” (www.urbanupholstery.com)

All right, the big project I have been working like a mad man on for the past month and a half finally came to (an almost) conclusion today when I delivered all 26 framed pieces to the new gallery in Astoria.
The short story, as it is late, is that Lightbox Photographic will be a photographic gallery / B&W AND color darkroom / film processing lab (including up to 4x5) / digital printing lab in Astoria. They hope to fill a niche along the northern Oregon coast for photographers who otherwise have had to travel all the way to Portland for such things. As I have known the couple who are opening it for several years through business deals with Blue Moon, where I work, they asked me to participate in the opening along with two other photographers: Gary Wilson and Heidi Kirkpatrick. So, yes, my 26 images are only one third of this group show. I saw some of the other work today, so I am pretty excited at how all this is going to look. It is going to be a pretty massive showing of photography as far as these things go.
Anyway, Gary will be showing digital infrared work, while Heidi's will be a bit more of a retrospective but includes some interesting architectural "bodyscapes". At least that is the best I can describe them at the glance that I enjoyed.
I will be showing what amounts to two separate shows, one will be 16x20 framed floralscapes. Everytime I am given the pleasure of printing these things big, I realize that is how they were intended to be seen. Granted, at 16x20 these prints will be "small" compared to how I have seen them (I once had someone print a couple at 40x60, the frames alone for those cost over $1000, it made me jealous I could not afford to do that myself, it also makes me curious as to just how much bigger these 6x7 negs will go, I am thinking at least 60x80 based on what I saw then), but they still look impressive. The other 16 images will be selected pinhole and otherwise seascapes from along the Oregon coast.

Thankfully now I have a month off before I start framing for another pinhole show at an art gallery in Burien, Washington, plus Blue Moon's annual staff show, both of which will debut in early August. But I will get that info up in due time.

Liquid Laminator
DWe do the Digital Printing in our factory, unlike most factory here in China, they do the printing outside and could not control the delivery time and the quality. igitally printed graphics are one thing, keeping those beautiful images durable as well scratch and fade resistant is quite another. Every digital image used within an inflatable sold by Pango Inflatable is clear-coated with a special liquid laminate that is vulcanized to the vinyl surface.

Most bouncer manufacturers use 1" or 2" netting. A child bouncing can easily catch their fingers in that size of netting, thus serious injuries can happen. Worried about children possibly falling out of a bouncer? Don't be. We got 3 points of reinforcement on the entrance of the bouncer which make the entrance very strong. Also we add the step outside the entrance following the AU and USA standards of jumping castle.
On-Staff Engineering and Designing
We do reinforce stitching at the fixion of D-ring. Four stitching line will share the tension of the bouncer. This made the D-ring last much longer and stronger. Other factory use other design of the fixion, but will not good for the tension sharing. Could find the differnce in the attached photos.
Cushion Designs
We do cushion between the wall and the base. When the kids bounce on the bouncer this parts bear most of the pressure, so this new design will make this parts much more strong and safety, while other factory only stitch to the base.

Not just fit and finish, Pango make a second blower tube and hide it if not use. We make the two tubes on different of the bouncer so that could fit the power location. Looking down the road you will find you need a second inflation tube. We want to make sure clients could use the bouncer convenient.

As for durability, the materials are a weft inserted substrate, which makes any possible rips virtually impossible.
No Wax Surfaces
We provide removable sliding surfaces for every slides we made, While other only provide the normal vinyl, Inflatable vinyl is not naturally slippery, therefore, waxing has become a normal preparation for getting a slide ready for use. The removable sliding surface found the on the products we sell is a high polished urethane coating, which in turn reduces the need to wax.
