and it’s a tip because that’s how you left it, because you’re a hoarder…
sometimes BACK TO NORMAL is not all it’s cracked up to be
(where dh!m is me every time i come home 😂)
cats don’t judge you for keeping an untidy home! also they are warm.
wool felted cats were a present from @mw but made by an etsy seller. (if anybody needs some i can get the name)
for the #RELATIONSHIPGOALS theme at A-Z doll photo group
how can i do best enemies for this theme?! fanfic, that's how.
also my favourite thing is quotes that either doctor or master could have said to the other ;)
they're helping me figure out how the season (12) finale went in my AU.
i'm still not sure of the details but dh!m and ruth!dr are filling 13 in on her responsibilities after the reveal.
Dhawan!M had a little photoshoot of his own with some new clothes from barbie and female action figures (& boots from Mc2 dolls).
(continuation of previous pics)
spymaster’s house is the @myglittergirls caravan. his sleeping bag is rainbow high, and chairbed is from aliexpress, shelf and side-table from ikea dollhouse.
the food is #totallytinytoys with a box from foodie @mini_brands_official , chopsticks out of toothpicks, and string as noodles.
due to head sizes, dhawan!master v.1 is more the right scale to hang out with this doctor
he seems pretty happy about it
this garden or patio is maybe going in the attic (roof terrace) of the dollhouse but right now i have it set up on a table to try it out.
was hoping that the mosaics (once drawer-fronts in a relative's kitchen) can count as an "extra large prop" for the A-Z group... but maybe i can think of something that better fits that theme.
dhawan!m is wearing mattel dumbledore's robe, and mattel mcgonagal's hat. the magical props are from a disney doll and i think one of the spiderman friends.
and now i'm hoping for sacha dhawan to star in a discworld adaptation...
2 recent good finds at BBTS: i always wanted an articulated panthor figure and while this one is meant to be a steed for a smaller scale, i think it makes a great large pet for 1:6 dolls.
the control room background is by Extreme-Sets... i was hoping they would do 1:6 and now they have! i want more :D
ps: i don't get any money or anything if you buy those things at those links, but i just like to share my sources. they are probably available somewhere else too.

more hybrids and mods done during this past year
here are ruth doctor, yaz khan, latest doll of dhawan!master, and the timeless child

for ToySunday
(my 1:6 missy is "having work done" right now, ie: her new head isn't painted yet... so i improvised with smallerverse missy)
a closeup of the new undead master is after these 2 pics but is hidden (under a "moderate" warning)
painted a bcs sherlock suit with fabric markers to make a dhawan!master suit. idk what i will do with the jacket... probably it'll be claimed by aziraphale :D
i didn't manage to do this as neatly as i hoped to, but i think it's okay because after all this is the most chaotic version of the character yet and my version isn't even trying to look as sharp as the tv one :D
“i’m the doctor, mate, who the hell are you?!” but make it romantic 😻
so i was over the moon to see @msjomartin again on the centenary special and that ruth doctor interacted with spymaster @sacha_dhawan made it even more wonderful… as these characters are my current favourites and OTP (although i love all permutations of the #bestenemies in doctor who) and i didn’t think we’d ever see them interact on screen.
so here they are in a universe where things got off to a better start… or something like that
i’ve just been working on these heads so there’s detail / process pics here too. .
i did spymaster’s hair with apoxie sculpt and curly fake fur.
i did ruth doctor’s hair with the locs from @idolledit4u but i couldn’t root and didn’t think glue would work right on this kind of head so i ended up gluing them down with thin layer of black apoxie sculpt and it worked really well!
for a casual/relaxed version of her doctor who outfit, she’s wearing a wakanda forever doll shirt, unknown etsy jeans, shadow high boots, bag by @zielahime and a vest/shawl i made from a tshirt.
he’s wearing mostly clothes from various @bigchiefstudios figures except his boots are from elsewhere.
their beads/fidget tools are by @barbieandzen from her etsy.
i wish i remembered where the guitar came from but ???

Plentiful parked airliners at Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi, usually the busiest airport in India until the COVID-19 pandemic, as seen by ESA’s oldest operational Earth observation mission, Proba-1.
The cubic-metre-sized satellite has been in orbit for more than 18 years. It left Earth from India: Proba-1 was launched from the country’s Satish Dhawan Space Centre by Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle on 22 October 2001.
The first in ESA’s family of ‘Project for On-Board Autonomy’ missions, Proba-1 began life as a technology demonstration satellite, subsequently becoming an Earth observation mission. Its main hyperspectral Compact High Resolution Imaging Spectrometer is accompanied by the monochromatic High Resolution Camera, which took the 5-m spatial resolution image shown here.
Overseen from ESA’s ESEC-Redu centre in Belgium, the highly-automated Proba-1 introduced various then-novel but now mainstream technologies to space, including lithium ion batteries, gallium arsenide solar panels, the use of startrackers for gyro-free attitude control and ESA-developed ERC-32 microprocessors running its flight computer.
Proba-1 continues to deliver imagery to scientific teams around the globe, while also providing useful data on the longevity of space systems and components.
Proba-1 was followed by the Sun-observing Proba-2 in 2009 and vegetation-tracking Proba-V in 2013, with the double-satellite Proba-3 to demonstrate precision formation flying while studying the Sun’s corona planned for launch in 2022.
This 25 sq. km HRC image was acquired on 7 May 2020.
