Fratercula arctica. This is an juvenile Puffin which has yet to develope the colourful bill sheath of the adults in breeding plumage. This photo was taken from a Yorkshire Coast Nature boat trip from Staithes (North Yorkshire) and was a few miles out to sea.

Negativo C41 Lucky Super 200 revelado en Rodinal 1:60 (4,75cc revelador + 285cc agua), a 21º durante 13:30min. Lavado. Paro con 50cc de vinagre y 250 de agua. Fijador Romek 100cc + Agua 200cc durante 4 min. Escaneo con Epson V300 como Negativo color sin corrección de color, contraste, brillo, eliminación de pelos o grano.
Características: Linda combinación de grano, contraste y luz. Un 5% sobreexpuesta. Con 13 minutos sería ideal.
Experiment:
C41 Film Lucky Super 200 developed in Rodinal 1:60 (4,75cc developer + 285cc water), at 21Cº for 13:30min. Wash. Stop with 50cc de vinegar and 250cc water. Fixer Romek (Argentinian Trade Mark) 100cc + Water 200cc for 4 min. Epson V300 negative color scan without color correction. No contrast, no grain neither dust correction.
Note: Very good grain, contrast and light. Should be better 13mins. Like this film in this develope.

This is Prairie Smoke, they say it gets it's name from the hairy, Dr. Seuss-looking fruit it develops post-flower. It was so cool!
At the Chicago Botanical Gardens...a very beautiful place, see it if you can!

We watched this develope for around 5 minutes before I decided to start recording.
This is only the second time I have used The D7000 to record video and I didn't know the wind hitting the mic would be so loud... Sorry bout that... I have since put some gause over the mic opening. flicker cut this video to 3 minutes... The original recording went until the wind and rain forced us to our vehicles
On February 22, 1984 Huron Hotel Limited Partnership I was formed to develope, operate and own a 100 room hotel (The Crossroads) with two restaurants (Festivals - all day dining and The Library - fine dining), one bar/lounge (The Caberat) and 7,000 sq ft of meeting space. The Crossroads Hotel and Convention Center opened in April, 1987. The general partners were: Richard L. Johnson (individual General Partner), Earl Nordby, James Zurbrigen, Stan Ward, Pat Prostello, Nels Olsen, Carol Erling, Gene Sibley, Effie Pugsley, Bud Maher, Jack Lawson, Jeannette Lusk, and Pete Mies.
Total Project costs were $6,658,000:
$5,458,000 for the hotel and
$1.200,000 for the parking facility and water, sewer improvements.
The sources of funding totaling $6,658,000 included:
Bond Loan: $2,000,000
UDAG Loan: $1,000,000
CDBG Loan: $200,000
Limited Partner Syndication: $1,958,175
General Partner Capital Contribution: $300,000
EDA Grant (for parking ramp): $700,000
Special Assessment Bonds: $500,000
The architect was The Durant Group, Dubuque, Iowa. The interior designer was PYA/Monarch, Minneapolis, MN. The bond loan underwriter was Juran & Moody, St. Paul, MN. The syndicator was Timmington, Meyer, Schram & Co. Counsel for the General Partners was Steffens & Wilkerson, Edina, MN. The feasibility study was done by Laventhol & Horwath, Minneapolis, MN.

This is just a scan but i need to get into the darkroom and print this, i think i pull off some pretty nice burning and dodging all over this photo to give it a more balanced and properly exposed look, looks pretty muddy rn. The Sky was gnarly that day so want to try and get that to pop more. But the pigeon, wet brick, baldhead, city hall, sky and lamps all look pretty solid. if only the photo came out sharper. I did develope this in a new developer that I am trying, Clayton F76, not sure if i developed them to my lking either but whatever, i still got some images.
