This bill honors the famous warrior Gfhunk Rhikn. With his tribe along side of him, he was able to rule his land for decades before it was founded as Zambonia.

He was known to get his strengh by smoking a highly popular herbal medication grown by his group. His pipe can now be seen at the newly built museum in Zambo, the capital of Zamonia. The bill also displays the attractiveness of Zambonia...which would include aborigonal cave paintings, wombats, and how in fact it's an island.
