For optimum performance the TEC needs to be sandwiched between the heatsink fan combo and the internal thermal mass. so this whole rig press it down ensuring optimal contact between all the parts.. more of that thermal greese is used too.

A piece of work inspired by a personal ‘moment’ that happened to me. I won’t explain more other than it’s roughly about mortality, destiny and life choices/attitudes.
