Con el objetivo de capacitar a estudiantes y profesores de colegios populares de Guayaquil en el uso de herramientas para resolver problemas que surgen en sus comunidades, el Centro de Emprendedores de la ESPOL, Ceemp, y la Fundación Edúcate desarrollaron talleres de Design Thinking los sábados 19 y 26 de agosto. Asistieron 56 estudiantes y 51 profesores provenientes de 30 colegios de Guayaquil, que estuvieron a cargo de 8 profesores de la ESPOL que dictan la materia de Análisis y Resolución de Problemas.
