ویلای دوبلکس در روستای بکه، شهریار، با مساحت ۱۷۰۵ متر مربع زمین و ۵۰۰ متر مربع زیربنا، توسط گروه تخصصی مدرن ویلا طراحی و اجرا شده است. پروژه در سال ۱۴۰۲ تکمیل گردید و با تأکید بر طراحی داخلی لوکس و پایدار، فضایی دلنشین و کاربردی برای ساکنان فراهم کرده است.

This modern duplex villa in Bakhteh, Shahriar, spans 1,700 sqm of land with a built-up area of 500 sqm. Designed and executed by the Modern Villa Group in 2025, the project showcases a blend of luxury interiors and sustainable architecture.
