For those who are unfamiliar wit the name or acronym CANEX, the Canadian Forces Exchange System is a commercial service of the Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services. First established in 1968, it is tasked with supporting the Canadian Forces (CF) operational effectiveness, contributing to morale, esprit de corps and unit cohesion. For my US friends it would similar to your PX that your soldiers can shop at.
Our dentist has a an office here in the CANEX "mall" along with a barber shop, hairdresser, physio therapy clinic (the military have their own clinic at my former place of employ at 33 CF Health Services) at CFB Kingston.

I have great difficulty in taking any large pill. They get stuck in my throat and I have t drink about a quart of water to finally get such pills down.
These are the 2 antibiotic pills I have to take on Monday before my (routine) dental appointment. I had a knee replacement in September which makes this a must.
I figure to demystify the pills process by taking this picture of them. I really think they're pretty.
