Seit 1820 gibt es im Hospital zwei Längsgänge mit aneinander gereihten 4qm großen, hölzernen Kammern, die nach oben offen sind und bis 1970 bewohnt wurden.
In diesen "Kabäuschen" waren die Bewohner des Hospitals nach Geschlechtern getrennt untergebracht. An den Türen der Kammern sind heute noch die Namen und Nummern ihrer Bewohner zu lesen.
Since 1820 there have been two long corridors in the hospital with rows of 4 square meter wooden chambers that are open at the top and were inhabited until 1970.
The residents of the hospital were accommodated in these "cubbyholes" separated by gender. The names and numbers of the residents can still be read on the doors of the chambers.

I live in a region with a very mild climate (figs, almond trees often bloom from the end of February). Our roses bloom until December, sometimes even January. The hoarfrost a few days ago decorated it bizarrely. But now these flowers have withered, there are still new buds.
Hello there!!!! TGIF! Happy friday my friends! It's always nice to see the end of a long week. I am featuring Mudhoney in this gold filled space. I love using gold anywhere. I mean Anywhere yall. LOL It's been awhile since I decorated using gold as the main accent color so it was long overdue! The Greta set and Carter Entertainment center set are the stars here. Just another old building in the city I grew up in decorated for the Holidays. I love the old buildings.
Looking down the inside of the trestle at trout Creek Canyon I noticed it has been decorated for Christmas with green and red paint. It looks pretty fresh, maybe done this year. Someone with lots of Covid time on their hands risked their life to paint the trestle for us.
Look how that spectacular pine tree is decorated so perfectly by the changing leaves of the tree on the edge of the road.

The buildings on- and around the Jan Luijkenstraat were all built around 1900, the same time art nouveau was flourishing in Europe. My beautiful bird decorated!!! 1) stuffed; 2) decorated with herbs, Thymes, Rosemary (I cover my turkey with bacon like a mummy, LOL); 3) in the oven all pretty decorated, juicy and sizzling!!
