The Sleep Lab Tech performs various polysomnograms and other sleep disorder tests, under the direction of the Sleep Lab Medical Director. This individual may be responsible for attaching electrodes and monitors to patients who are participating in a sleep study, monitoring the patient throughout the sleep study, documenting observations and collecting data from various monitors, and reporting this information to the physician. This position will adhere to all policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance.
The feature is used to organize a local team's data collection and make it easy to get the data out of the system and sent to headquarters.
