This is our new RP project, set in a present time, Arizona; a Neo-Western/Mystery/Roadmovie thing ... loosely inspired by Cowboys & Aliens, From Dusk till Dawn, No Country for Old Men ...
Makes me that much stronger
Makes me work a little bit harder
It makes me that much wiser
So thanks for making me a fighter
Made me learn a little bit faster
Made my skin a little bit thicker
Makes me that much smarter
So thanks for making me a fighter

DANGER, WARNING, Military training area.
The Vliehors resembles a massive desert. The remote area at the western end of Vlieland is flat and sandy and covers a large area of the Northsea island. The area is used as a military practice area by NATO and the Royal Dutch Airforce during weekdays. Therefore it's forbidden to access the area, except for the weekend (a sign indicates when it's save to go for a walk).
This is really a shame !!

A lone sundown walker.
I titled this sundown image, 'Stranger Danger'......when in all actuality, there were likely no threats at all.
This person may have had a dog on lead.
I especially like how parts of this lone stranger seem to be missing from the image. The light reflections on the bench seat and the top of the backrest, give the illusion that he is partially invisible.

Each and every view, comment and fave are so very much appreciated. Thanks for visiting.......

A view of the old coast path at Mupe Bay. The path has had to be moved back because of the erosion of the cliffs. The path goes up a very steep cliff at the bay so be prepared for some serious climbing if you attempt the coast path here!

I loved this old stone bridge over the river Gairn in the Scottish Cairngorms, but even more I loved the traffic sign depicting its dangers ... ;) :D
This single-arched rubble-built bridge, which crosses the River Gairn just north of Gairnshiel Lodge, originally formed part of the network of military roads in this region. It now carries the modern A939 public road which follows the line of the older road.
Built in 1751, it still survives in very good condition.
