I've had a scenario in my head for a while -- trying to get the right sunset clouds behind the Dallas skyline. This is getting closer. Usually storm clouds leaving to the east get my attention.

The Dallas downtown area from the Reunion Tower Geo-Deck, taken this evening after heavy rain last, a stressful and long day, made my way down to Dallas trying to time it at blue hour post rain I gambled that it would be clear. Downtown Dallas from Oak Cliff Founders Park, yes with some clutter in the foreground, but I love the light of this image, I wandered off looking for clean perspective from this vantage point which I did not find, my damsel actually lost sight of me as in my ADHD induced hyper focused search for a blue hour vantage point I neglected to let her know what direction I was taking off to.
