Our October trip to Disneyland. Mommy started feeling a little tired by the time we trekked over to Minnie Mouse's house.

I decided to photograph Disneyland Forever Fireworks from it's a small world because it was a lot less crowded and I was already there for the Paint the Night Parade. It turned out to be a great spot.

Since I build a micro version of the Disneyland Mainstreet Station I have been thinking about building a proper sized Disneyland locomotive. The Christmas season was a perfect opportunity to make one!
To make this train I used many parts from set 7597 Western Train Chase and motorized the train with all the power functions parts from set 60051 High-Speed Passenger Train. During designing I had to make a couple of consessions to allow the train to ride the curved rail tracks. Despite that, I am very happy with the final result.
It might be small, but it's a beautiful sight. Thanks for looking!

Thanks to perspective compression, the Main Street Train Station appears a short distance from Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse, and Carthay Circle Theatre looks like it's right behind the Train Station!
