I was unable to attend the recent meet up of PCK as I had to accompany my boss to a trip to the marina club with some clients. On the trip I captured some very nice shots. This is the first of the series.

India - Traditional dances and culture of the Brokpa people - A tribal community in the Dha-Hanu valley of Ladakh.
Drokpa (or Brokpa) community is considered as the last race of Aryans, confined to the Dha valley. Their features are pure Indo Aryan and they have preserved their racial purity down the centuries.
Their culture and religious practices are very similar to ancient pre- Buddhist religion known as Bon-Chos. Both the men and women folk adorn headgears made with handpicked fresh flowers, every single day.
The 2025 Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT25) took place between Friday 18th and Sunday 20th July at RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire. Many coaches and shuttle buses were involved in transporting spectators and crews to the event, one of these was YT25 DHA, an Irizar i6S Efficient Integral coach new to Amport & District, Thruxton, Hampshire in April 2025.

ARRIVA Kent & Surrey 7011 KX13 DHA is seen on Chaucer Way, Larkfield whilst working empty back to depot after arriving on a route 71 working from Maidstone. Thursday 3rd July 2014.
Eleven of these new Volvo Hybrid double deckers entered traffic at Maidstone on Sunday 24th March 2013 for use on routes 71 and 72 (although route 72 branding is only shown on the rear). Route 71 has also been branded as "greenway" and the vehicles carry a striking new livery along with lettering and logos promoting the hybrid technology and the fact these are "green" buses.
