Skylight above one of the concourses at Ronald Reagan Airport (DCA) in Washington, D.C. I absolutely despise this airport, and not just for the crappy name, but the place is just gross. It smells, and it is absolutely tiny. I have to admit though, there are some redeeming qualities of this place...

I'm late getting up this December shot of the Christmas tree at National Airport (DCA) outside of Washington, DC, USA.
Tonight featured a pretty amazing lightning storm. This is a composite of two shots, for a little added effect.
The AMX-30 DCA is a self-propelled anti-aircraft gun of French origin based on the chassis of the AMX-30 MBT. The vehicle is quite similar to the earlier AMX-13 DCA, with the turret being derived from the older SPAAG. Armed with 2x Hispano-Suiza 30mm cannons and equiped with a radar, they posed a potent threat to any low flying aircraft as well as infantry and light armor. While none entered French service, they were purchased by Saudi Arabia under the designation of AMX-30SA.
