SRINAGAR- Tourists dressed in warm clothes sitting on the banks of famous Dal lake in Srinagar bracing intense cold that gripped the Kashmir valley throwing the normal life out of gear on Saturday.
About 80 per cent of Srinagar's sewerage flows into the lake. The houseboats also add to the pollution.More than Rs 235 crore have already been spent during the last decade to improve the health of Dal Lake, according to the 2006 report by the Auditor and Comptroller General (CAG) of India. But it is hard to see how and where the money has been spent. Not only has the lake continued to deteriorate, the rate of silt deposition has gone up threefold in the last seven years despite works undertaken in the catchments to reduce it. Today, over 22,000 tons of silt gets deposited on the lake bed each year, reducing the average depth by three metres.

I went to Belfast over the weekend and took Polly with me.. that was actually my first time bringing a Dal with me, I usually only bring one of my Blythes.
Esta mañana hemos tenido quedada de pullips en el Parque Torreblanca, en Sant Joan Despí. Nos ha hecho un día un poco nublado y bastante frio, pero hemos aguantado muy bien!
Hemos montado un pequeño diorama de una barbacoa y hemos hecho fotos de grupo, de parejas y de todo.
También le he hecho algunas fotos al parque, espero que os gusten todas ;)

This morning we had a meeting of pullips in Torreblanca Park in Sant Joan Despi. The day was a bit cloudy and quite cold, but we've endured great!
We have assembled a small diorama of a barbecue and have done group shots, couple and everything.
I have also made some pictures of the park, I hope you like them all ;)
