Here's how it came out after a LOT of work and trial and error. It took quite a while but was kind of satisfying. I would like to do some more but it is surprisingly difficult to find large quantities of raw fibre in the right length. Where do all the Aussie mohair farmers sell their fleeces anyway??
Now I just have to get this lovely stuff on her scalp! The fun begins....

I've been working on this for about 2 months now. Ever since I first found out that Jem fashions & shoes from Hasbro fit Moxie Teenz, I've wanted to customise a Moxie Teenz Tristen as Jem.
Her "Jerrica" wig & fashion isn't complete, but tonight I finally repainted her eyebrows and enhanced her make-up. The excellent opaline stockings came from Laura at The Daughter Who Sews, and the fashion is from the 1st Edition Jem from 1986.
Earrings came from ebay. Alas, they do not light up...
