made from bike parts and designed by Peter Clutterbuck a blacksmith from Southsea. This will now be powder coated and sprayed black. The trophy will be presented to the winner of the school bike competition to customise a bike.

I had a sad, tangled, filthy RNC that I got off eBay, so I decided to try cleaning her up and restyling her. I gave her a good scrubbing, washed her head in vinegar and treated the mould with bleach, re-dyed her pink hair, repainted her mouth, gave her pink blush, darkened up the purple of her eyes, and boil-permed her hair to try and control the frizz. She's wearing a Moxie Teenz Leigh dress which I think suits her. I also gave her red star earrings, since the RNC doesn't have the flashing red Jemstar earrings.

This is how I bought it in it's unwashed state. Greasy, with a fair bit of dirt and other stuff in it. I wanted long mohair (more than 10 inches) and it's hard to find and expensive, so I though I'd have a go at processing it myself.
