Things are looking a little crowded in this agave flower. Not exactly sure why I like this image, but i do. I think this flower is in a pre-bloom state. Eventually I think those green bits open up. Phoenix Desert Botanical Garden

They didn’t take flight in unison; instead, they turned this way and that, appearing to be a group lacking any sense of coordination. Though they were moving, there was a sense of emptiness to it.

Great. They were all mingling and naturally looking at each other until I raised my dSLR camera to my face.
I might as well have shouted, "say cheese."
We were extremely fortunate to experience the Sanja Matsuri traditional Festival on the weekend we stayed in the Asakusa area of Tokyo. The crowd was very active; here is a group of spectators on the steps of the temple.
Late Auckland Mayor, Sir Dove-Meyer Robinson loved a good crowd.
Minolta Alpha 7 with Ilford Pan F Film. Scanned with dslr.
The Minolta Alpha 7 has an STF mode which shoots 7 shots on one frame changing the aperture and shutter speed for each to alter the look of the bokeh. I figured this could be interesting with moving subjects.
