II Interbox: CrossFit trabaja todas las capacidades físicas, por lo que no es extrañar que su práctica mejore notablemente cualquier otra modalidad deportiva. Todos los deportes tienen un factor común, tienen un factor físico.
Ok, those who love CrossFit, what am I missing? The videos that I've watched show people working out to the extremes. Is this a correct assessment? I love to exercise but don't want to do it until I'm in pain. Convince me, why I should try it?

We are a group of 55+ and much much older folks who love CrossFit but wanted a more toned down class.
We work on Mobility, Balance, Strength, and Endurance to keep us moving as we age.
We are elders who want to keep moving and continue to thrive even with our aches and pains.
Many of us have health challenges so our classes are always modified for us by our coach.
We are here for each other with the support and comradery that develops when you sweat together twice a week.
Our classes are full of joy and friendship which extends beyond the gym.

Oggi mi sono trovato ad assistere ad una competizione di crossfit, una nuova disciplina sportiva che si sta diffondendo sempre di più.
Sport considerato anche come “sport estremo”, ho pensato ai battiti cardiaci elevati e alla passione che ci vuole per fare questo sport…
…ma si sa che la “passione” fa fare cose che sembrano impossibili!
