I got to watch this deer over my lunch break too ;-)
The harsh mid-day sun made the exposure difficult. I had to over-expose the trees and foreground in order to get the exposure right on the deer. I selectively corrected the exposure in GIMP. More on how I did that here: (coming soon)

Linz's wonderful homemade banana bread with a lemon glaze. This was a new recipe that features a bit of coconut, Grand Marnier, and some other unusual but tasty additions. There's barely any of it left, that's for sure. :)
Cornbread sandwhiches FTW! So good, highly recommended. The House of Pies was our favorite place to eat in Jefferson.
